When you put this weekly meeting on your schedule, you’ll be forcing yourself to recruit with your peers and other managers across the country.
Each Talent Attention Groups starts with a 5-minute Recruiting Huddle (short video on various recruiting topics) followed by 30-minutes of live recruiting (zoom meeting w/ mics muted.)
After the 30-minutes of recruiting, you report your TCF+ metrics and wins to the session facilitator. It’s a great way to get at least one of your recruiting time blocks completed each week!
Do you need a recruiting accountability partner after you finish coaching? Most people do, and CoRecruit has you covered.
Every Friday you’ll get an email from your coach asking about your TCF+ metrics, your time-block completions, your wins, your challenges, and various other components of recruiting execution (it takes about 10 minutes to complete).
You’ll also have an open line of communication to a CoRecruit coach to help you solve problems, overcome obstacles, and ward off discouragement.
