he Exhibitor’s Technical Guide has been prepared in order for you to benefit fully from the Istanbul Stationery & Office Fair 2015 - 21th International Istanbul Stationery, Paper, School and Office Products Fair. It contains all information needed for your company to achieve success at the fair. Our goal is to offer you the best possible service.

In supplying you with any technical equipment deemed necessary for the fair, standard or specially designed stands as well as the appropriate auxillary materials at reasonable rates, we aim to provide you with the finest service available along with the leading design companies to meet all your expectations and demands.

We kindly ask you to go through this handbook, which has been prepared to make your exhibit affairs, from the stages of fair application and stand assembly, the duration of the fair itself, dismantling and proper removal, as hassle free as possible. Fill out the relevant forms and send us by February 28th, 201 5.

The opening ceremony will be held at CNR EXPO on the first day of the fair.

All the exhibitors need to conform to this timetable. Exhibitors or their representatives who do not comply with this timetable shall be fined 10 Euros per square meter/hour.


IMPORTANT RULES TO FOLLOW

SCHEDULE CNR EXPO All the exhibitors taking part in the fair must follow the timetable.

CNR EXPO

The fair area must be evacuated in accordance with the timetable.

CNR EXPO Liability for missing items is not accepted once the hangar door has been opened subsequent to the final day of the fair.

CNR EXPO

In case machinery is to be exhibited at the stand, perimeter safety must be ensured while the machine is operating. Exhaust producing machinery may be operated in the hall providing the poisonous gases are piped outdoors.

CNR EXPO Exhibition area security is provided by a security company determined by CNR EXPO. On duty security personnel are authorized to take any securityrelated measures and issue warnings deemed necessary during the duration of the exhibition. Personnel of participating companies are obliged to comply with the rules specified in the Exhibitor’s Guide as well as to any and all warnings and precautions issued by said security team..

CNR EXPO Assembly of all stands must be completed and ready by 12:00 am on the final day of setting up.

GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS CNR EXPO It is strictly forbidden to block fire cabinets and ventilation shafts.

CNR EXPO Photographs and/or film of the stands can only be taken by photographers authorized by CNR EXPO, provided the stand staff gives approval.

CNR EXPO Only CNR EXPO Technical Service staff is authorized to work in the service section. A fine of Euro 100 will be levied on any unauthorized work.

CNR EXPO Passenger vehicles and motorcycles are not allowed in the fair area.

CNR EXPO The sound level in stands must be kept to a minimum (80 db) in order not to disturb neighboring stands.

CNR EXPO Vehicles may enter the halls with the approval of CNR EXPO only during certain intervals and only for loading and offloading purposes.

CNR EXPO Security staff are aurthorized to search vehicles at building or hall entrances whenever deemed necessary.

CNR EXPO Exhibitors and their reps are responsible for keeping the stand area clean throughout the entire fair, i.e., entrance, assembly, dismantling and evacuation.

CNR EXPO CNR EXPO is not liable for the loss, theft or damage to property belonging to exhibitors.

CNR EXPO It is strictly forbidden to; alter, to cause damage, to dirty or to stain any portion of the halls, i.e., walls, columns, floor, etc.,

CNR EXPO Leaving any material i the corridors and continuing work after laying of the carpet is strictly prohibited. No heavy material such as transpallet, scaffold, etc. shall be carried on the carpet.

TECHNICAL RULES & REGULATIONS CNR EXPO Maximum floor load in exhibit areas is 2000 kg/m2. Loads must be properly dissipated, whereas it is forbidden to plant the entire load at a single point.

CNR EXPO A control mechanism (regulator, etc.) limiting the device at peak current usage must be installed within the stand area For power requests in excess of 15 kW.

CNR EXPO Exhibitors are held responsible for any and all complications that arise from inaccurately stated power demands.

CNR EXPO All electrical equipment and materials used by exhibitors must comply with TSE / IEC standards.

CNR EXPO

To have fire equipment in the booth.

CNR EXPO During fair installation stage, requests like power, phone, water, air must be designated as point prior to mounting floors of special stands.

EXTRA SERVICES and EQUIPMENT CNR EXPO It is forbidden to bring food and beverages from outside the fairgrounds. Food and beverage service is provided by CNR Catering.

CNR EXPO All technical hardware, material and stand furnishings are subject to specified rental charges. Said equipment is the permanent property of the organization company whereas exhibitors are liable for damages or loss.

CNR EXPO Applying for extra stand material prior to the entrance and pre-installation deadline ensures you receive such supplies on a priority basis and provide to benefit from special discount on the prices

2 STAND CONSTRUCTION

If you have not yet decide about building your stand or wish to have information about an alternative stand please contact CNR EXPO Design Studio. (Contact No: +90 212 465 74 74 / 2513-3770) We offer two types of fair participation:

2.1 Special Design Stand (Design Studio ) Companies whose contracts are finalized and will certainly take place within the hall may require a custom display arrangement for promoting their goods or services. For this purpose, instead of using the conventional standard panel modulation, they may take advantage of the company-specific "authentic design service" organized within CNR EXPO Design Studio. The specialized creative staff of CNR EXPO Design Studio targets realizing a distinguishing visual quality within conditions of rational implementation. With this approach, bids processed on sale or on rent as result of the information and requests received through interview or post are then presented to the exhibitor as turnkey "complete implementation services".

2.1 Standard - Moduler Stand Our standard stand construction (depicted above), which is comprised of aluminium plaque; joist and similar partition components, is included in our “Participation with Stand” agreement. Stands are constructed with aluminium joists, pillars and melamine-plated fiberboard panels. Wall panel dimensions are 100 x 240 cm, with a front side of 95 x 235 cm. The height of extra stand equipment and accessories must not exceed 2.5 m, and should be prevented from making contact with the stand’s back side or panel surface. Moreover, if a modular stand is selected, a perforated panel will be placed by CNR EXPO in case it falls in front of air vents or columns.. There will be no exceptions to this rule. For lighting, 100 W spotlights are connected to the ceiling joists every three m2. A triple-pin plug (monop hase, 220 V, 50 Hz, 1 kW) is provided for each stand..

CNR EXPO Design Studio is powered by the great insight gained by CNR EXPO Group of Companies in trade fair business, and thanks to its equipments it is able to make production at the locations near assembly site. If requested, it may also stock materials on behalf of the company for future use, thus eliminating transportation risks. In addition, Design Studio provides countless privileges and services such as providing any kind of technical and mechanical support that may be needed during a trade fair. Unlike standard stand installations, the stand designs made with Design Studio allows using state of the art display materials completely in accordance with the exhibitor's need and desire. Accordingly, design, graphics, lighting, and use of newest materials are essentials of this process.

Partition panels and all other stand materials must be returned without any damage caused by nailing, drilling, wall paper or improper adhesives. For this reason, it is better to use chains, hangers, hooks or similar implements to hang posters, notice boards and other accessories to be displayed at your stand. Financial costs incurred in the repair and/or replacement of all damaged materials are the responsibility of the exhibitor. In carefully reading the details regarding the ‘Space Rental’ Form, please refer to the equipment included in the contract package and provided to our exhibitors. There are no refunds for materials included in the package that are not used.

The name of the Exhibitor Company and Stand Number is to be written on the front panel of the modular stands. Please submit Form 1 by writing the name of the exhibitor company you want to see on the front panel. The name of the company is to written in Latin script and Arial font, with each letter measuring 100 mm. The name should not exceed 20 letters. Each additional letter is subject to an additional fee of 2 Euro whereas a maximum 10 extra letters is permitted. (Form 1)

2. 3 Important Rules that must be complied with in Stand Design While the maximum height allowed of materials to be used in stand construction is 5 m., the maximum height for stand platforms is 50 cm. The height of the platforms is to be included in the total height limit. Stand decorations may cover the stand area in width, height or diagonally to a maximum of 40% of the total facade opening. Decoration covering three-side stands should not exceed 30% of the total area of each side. Exhibitors situated in the middle islands with four open sides are forbidden to decorate their stands in a manner which prevents surrounding stands from being seen. Fair stands, pillars and products to be exhibited should not endanger anybody. If a stand wall higher than the walls of surrounding stands is to be constructed, the section visible from the adjacent stand must be kept clean and tidy at all times and must not interfere with both the integrity of the exhibit area and neighboring stand. We kindly remind you that it is strictly forbidden to post company names and logos on the back of these walls.

Outer walls of the stands are also required to be decorated. Exhibitors should not exceed the boundaries of the stand area assigned to them. Fire certificates of stand materials must be provided along with the special decoration plan by the manufacturer of the material. All the materials used must be inflammable or fire resistant. Companies reps may be asked whenever deemed necessary to provide documentat›on proving the materials are fire resistant. Exhibitors are responsible for keeping Static Safety Certificates available at the stand at all times. The signboards showing the name of exhibitors with specially decorated stands should be visible throughout the stand decoration process. These signboards must not exceed the boundaries of the stand.

2. 4 Two-Storey Stands

As for the exhibitor company decoration plan, the stand number, which is to be written on a background measuring 26 x 70 cm with 100 mm-high letters, is to situated in a manner which is visible from the aisles, whereas its place must be indicated in Form 2.

Plans for two-storey stands must be approved by both the fair management and the organizer. Second floor space is subject to an additional fee (up to 50% of the 2 per m participation fee).

It is forbidden to undertake large-scale welding works, material cutting and spray painting in the exhibition halls.

In utilizing a second floor, the overall height of the stand is not to exceed 5 meters. The upper floor must remain 1 meter within all other stand boundaries.

If the exhibiting firm uses its own coating material, such materials may not be affixed to or nailed onto the floor. However, it is possible to carpet the floor using double-sided sticky tape. As for coating materials, we recommend exhibitors to first cover the floor with a wooden platform, then apply the coating material over it.

The load-bearing elements as well as the ceiling of the lower floor, which also constitutes the base of the upper floor, should be constructed of inflammable materials. The staircase width should be at least 1 meter.

Carpet or other coating materials and partitions are not free-of-charge when supplied by CNR EXPO. Paint or plaster should not be applied directly to the floor. Substances spilled on the floor such as oil, etc., should be cleaned up immediately. Stands should be situated in the exhibition halls in a manner which does not hinder the use of fire detectors and fire extinguishers in any way. Electricity usage is subject to a fee, that is, it is not supplied by the organizator for specially decorated stands. (Form 2.2) Previously requested extra electrical power which is paid for in advance must be utilized during the special decoration construction. The double-sided sticky tape used for capeting must be completely removed by the exhibitor or stand construction team during the dismantling and evacu ation process. After the evacuation process, exhibi tors will be billed for repairs and/or renovation expen ses incurred as a result of insuing damages to the exhibit space and/or equipment. It is strictly forbidden to alter, damage, stain or pollu te any part of the exhibition halls such as the walls, the columns, the floor. It is strictly forbidden to block access to fire extinguis hers and air vents on the columns situated within the stands.

The straight line distance from any point on the top floor to anywhere on the lower floor should not exceed 20 meters. CNR EXPO Exhibitors participating in the fair without stands, but with special decoration, are obliged to notify their electrical power requests.

CNR EXPO Regarding electricity, telephone and water services of specially decorated stands, a trunk line is provided to the stand, whereas interior connection materials for the stand must be supplied by the exhibitors.

CNR EXPO All stand construction materials as well as other stand materials must be non-combustible.

CNR EXPO It is strictly forbidden to conduct major welding works, material cutting and spray painting in the exhibition halls.

CNR EXPO CNR EXPO Exhibitor Support Service must be notified about minor welding tasks and material cutting to be carried out in the fair hall, whereas fire extinguishers should be placed in the immediate vicinity.

CNR EXPO If a stand wall higher than those of neighboring stands is to be constructed, the section visible from the neighboring stand must be kept clean and tidy at all times, must not interfere with the overall integrity of the exhibit hall as well as the neighboring stand. We kindly remind you that it is forbidden to hang company names and emblems on the back of these walls.

There are different ceiling heights beneath the balconies. If you are not certain as to where your stand is located, please contact the fair management and/or organizator. In taking into consideration the overall aethetics of the exhibition, participants are kindly requested to heed management warnings regarding this matter.

Maximum floor load in exhibit areas is 2500 kg/m2. Loads must be properly dissipated, whereas it is forbidden to plant the entire load at a single point.

As per the schedule, the process of setting up starts at 9 PM. During this process, our working hours are from 9 PM - 00.00 Different working hours are applicable for certain fairs. Business hours may be extended during the setting up process. Do not hesitate to consult the CNR EXPO Exhibitor Support Service booths located in the halls in order to contact the fair management / organizator for such extended time allowances. All stands must be completed and ready for business by 1200 hours on the final setting up day.

3.4 Technical Connection Points Utility connection points for power, water and compressed air and telephone lines are located in the service section beneath the floor. Only CNR EXPO Technical Service staff members are authorized access in the service section. Those conducting unauthorized work will be fined 100 Eu ros.

3.5 Ventilation Functional ventilation, heating and cooling systems are found in all the exhibition halls. To optimize efficient use of the system, it is essential to comply with the rules and regulations pertaining to non-obstruction of the ventilation openings.

4.2 Entrance for the Vehicles GENERAL RULES Access with vehicles into the exhibition area is permitted at certain times and only with the approval of CNR EXPO. The posted speed limit is 10 km/h with vehicles proceeding inside the halls at walking speed. Authorized staff run security checks on vehicles at bu ilding or hall entrances whenever deemed necessary. Vehicular access into the halls is only for loading and offloading. Engines are not to be left running during these processes. It is strictly forbidden to park inside the hall. Parking in front of emergency exits, cargo bay doors and safety equipment such as fire extinguishers is forbidden. Commercial transport vehicles utilized in the setting up process are not permitted to be kept in parking lot during the fair. Otherwise, vehicles may be towed from the premises are subsequent towing fees will be billed to the vehicle owner. We will not be held liable for any damages.

4.3 Exhibitor Office CNR EXPO Exhibitor Support Service You can register to the CNR EXPO Exhibitor Support Service booths located in the halls for the problems you encounter during the entire duration of the fair.

5 EXTRA SERVICES & MATERIALS

Any extra material you may need in the fair area, such as laborers, food, beverages and similar necessities will be supplied by CNR EXPO’s Exhibitor Support Service. Extra support services detailed below can be requested by filling out the relevant forms our staff members will get in touch with you as soon recieving your forms.

As excessive power utilization may lead to an electrical fire at the stand, extra power requests must be calculated accurately so that the actual power utilized does not exceed the previously notified excess power request. Otherwise the exhibitor will be held responsible for the unconveniencies occured.

5.2 Water and Drainage For the demands made after the starting date of the settling or forms send but not paid, the Standart Prices, for the demands sent and paid 21 working days before the starting day of the fair, the Reduced Prices applied.

EXTRA TECHNICAL SERVICES 5.1 Electricity Exhibitors participating with standard stands (modular stand) are supplied with a multi-plug with a power outlet of 1 kW, 220 V. Excess electrical power requests are subject to an additional charge.

Exhibitors participating without stands (specially decorated stand) are obliged to inform us about their electrical power requests (Form 2.2) (Unpaid demands are not valid.) The requested electrical power is brought to your stand via a cable outlet with connector. The stand connection is the exhibitor’s responsibility. The electrical power supplied to the exhibitor comes with a 5Ω level grounding plug.. Specific grounding requirements must be notified in advance. It is obligatory to install a control mechanism inside the stand (regulator, etc.) limiting the device peak current for electrical demand in excess of 15 kW. In triple-phase applications, the loads must be distributed equally among the phases. The management does not assume responsibility for incorrect or incomplete distribution. Damage incurred in the facility or system as a result of incorrect or incomplete utilization will be billed to the exhibitor. Generally, power supply at the stands is shut down 30 minutes after closing time. However, upon prior management notification and proper inspection of the grid set-up, power may be supplied to the stands 24/7.

Water compressed at 1-2 atm is supplied by bringing a nozzle to the stand. Plumbing within the stand is the exhibitor’s responsibility. This water is not for drinking purposes. The diameter of the drainage pipe is 50 mm and is for fluids only.

Exhibitors will be charged for water hookup. It is also possible to supply extra materials like sinks, etc. (See Form 2.2) (Unpaid demands are not valid)

5.3. Telephone Line installation is subject to a rental fee.

With the exception of the telephone itself, international, domestic and local lines may be ordered with Form 2.2. (Unpaid demands are not valid) Türk Telekom Internet and Broadband line connections are made via our switchboard. All calls are made directly using the general line. Each ordered line is assigned a four-digit extension number. All lines are digital. Please state in the request form if voicemail is desired. The deposit fee, which is collected in addition to the line installation fee in exchange for call costs, is determined at the close of the fair according to the call breakdown tabulated on the switchboard computer. Billing of all calls and fees (including deposit) is sent to the exhibitor within 30 days. Billing in excess of the deposit fee must be paid within two weeks of receipt.

The telephone unit itself is not included in line installation and is subject to a rental fee. The exhibitor is liable for the loss or damage of telephone or fax machine rental units (See Form 6).

Wireless service is given by order form.

The halls are given an overall cleaning every morning before the gates open throughout the exhibition period. The fair area is vacuumed on the final Setting Up day. CNR EXPO is not responsible for detailed cleaning of the stands. The cleaning of the stand area is the responsibility of either the exhibitor or reps during the entrance, setting up, dismantling and evacuation process. The stands are handed over to the exhibitors on the morning the exhibition opens upon completion of laying the carpet, overall cleaning and carpet sweeping.

Standart Fair Service Inc. will not take any responsibilities of the problems occured from the connection of your laptop’s or pc’s. With the password you bought, you can only have internet connection from only one laptop or one pc at the same time.

5.5 Compressed Air

The exhibition area infrastructure is equipped with compressed air supply with a force of 6 ATU. The air is supplied to the stand via a 1/2 nozzle. Exhibitors are responsible for installing the air connection within the stand area.

5.6 Stand Host / Hostess

Stand hosts / hostesses can be hired from the CNR EXPO Exhibitor Support Service upon request (Form 5). Stand hosts/hostesses are to be hired on a daily basis. Working hours are limited to fair business hours. Please state your requests for hosts/hostesses with the desired language(s). Unpaid demands are not valid. Cancellation of any services stated in the form must be done at least a week prior to the fair opening. Otherwise, the exhibitor will be billed 100% of the fee.

During the exhibition, the entire fair area is cleaned once a day. The carpets are swept and trash is collected and removed from the premises before the gates are opened. Exhibitors should take care not to litter the aisle and adjacent stands. Exhibitors should deposit their trash in plastic bags or garbage cans and leave them in front of the stands to be collected by our cleaning staff.

Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their stands clean. Please fill out Form 5 if you request daily stand cleanup service. (Unpaid demands are not valid.)

Exhibitors with modular stands who request cleaning services on the form shall have their carpet and stand material cleaned. Those who do not request cleaning services should cordon off their stands with tape. Exhibitors are expressedly requested to leave stand areas clean before evacuation at the close of the fair. Those who do not comply with this request will be billed for the removal of any wastes and garbage left behind.

5.8 Security - Insurance The security of the exhibition grounds, i.e., fair entrance, setting up, fair duration, dismantling and evacuation is provided by a security company determined by CNR EXPO on 24/7 basis. The exhibition area is controlled by means of security guards and cameras. However, camera surveillance is geared towards ensuring public order and security and is not utilized for stand security. Security guards are authorized to issue warnings and take measures deemed necessary to maintain safety, to prevent theft, unauthorized and illegal entry as well as matters concerning the restrictions and prohibitions stated in the Exhibitors’ Guide. Exhibitor company personnel are obliged to comply with the rules stated in the Exhibitors’ Guide as well as warnings and precautions issued by CNR EXPO’s security company.. Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining security in their stands. However, exhibitors may hire additional stand personnel from our security company. CNR EXPO carries insurance covering its own liabilities and public liabilities in the exhibitors’ favor. Exhibitor should carry private insurance coverage to compensate any financial loss resulting from possible cancellations, ‘force majeure’ situations, or accidental or intentional damage and/or loss to materials at their stands or materials. Exhibitors are obliged to provide all types of social health liability insurance of their stand staff and laborers employed in stand construction. It is forbidden to employ uninsured workers in the fair area.

EXTRA MATERIALS 5.9 Furniture, Electrical Equipment and Installation While going through the agreement, please make a note of which equipment and materials are included. As stated above, review the Materials Catalogue and contact the CNR EXPO Exhibitor Support Service to order furniture, lighting and display systems not included in the agreement. PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR ORDERS Please send all forms (for orders and information) to the relevant fax numbers prior to the specified date. The fair management and organizer do not guarantee the provision of services and materials ordered after the deadline. Your orders can be guaranteed after the complete and on time payment.

In order to benefit from discount on prices, the forms and payments should be completed 21 working days before the openning of the fair.

All technical equipment, materials and stand supplies are supplied on a rental basis throughout the fair with the understanding that they are to be returned. Said equipment is the permanent property of the organizer. As rental items are not disposable they may not retain a brand new appearance. The exhibitor accepts and confirms that said material is in good condition at the time of delivery. Written complaints regarding service or equipment quality need to be submitted to the fair management and organizer prior to the conclusion of the fair. Rentals cannot be transferred to third parties without written consent of CNR EXPO. Payments are not refunded in cases when non-defective material is rejected by the exhibitor. Costs incurred as a result of repair or replacement of damaged or lost equipment will be billed to the exhi bitor.

All exhibition area orders may be placed during the entrance and setting up phases. The orders made in the fair ground or ordered before but not paid yet is subject to standart fees. In case of conflict, CNR EXPO reserves the right to cancel services and materials ordered.

6 DISMANTLING & EVACUATION The evacuation of the exhibition area is to be carried out according to schedule. Exhibit materials are not allowed to be removed from the premises before all such materials are dismantled. CNR EXPO is not liable for the loss/damage to goods from the close of the final day of the fair onwards. Keep in mind that once the evacuation period ends, any stand materials and equipment remaining in the fair area will be removed. Again, CNR EXPO is not liable for subsequent loss/damage of such materials. Any related expenses will be billed to the exhibitor. Any damage determined to have occurred in the stand area and/or during the construction phase will be duly recorded in a written report whereas said damage will be billed to the exhibitor. Utility services such as electricity and illumination are provided during the disassembly/evacuation process. Transport vehicles may enter the exhibition area during the evacuation phase only with permission from CNR EXPO Exhibitor Support Service. Passenger cars and motorcycles are not allowed into the exhibition area. Dismantling and packaging of exhibited materials is not allowed before the closing of the fair. Within the evacuation process, companies must comply with the specified schedule, and deliver their areas to the trade fair management clean and empty, in a timely fashion. If the schedule is not followed, CNR Trade Fair Area Management may directly interfere and all the costs that may arise therefrom will be sub ject to penal clause and invoiced to the exhibitor. Any waste, including plasters, debris, chipboards, etc. left at the stand placement areas shall be invoiced with a unit price of 25 EUR / m2.

EXHIBITOR SERVICES 6.1 Fair Catalogue This is a complimentary service. Exhibitors who submit their forms past the deadline will not be in listed alphabetically in the catalogue, but will either be listed in the supplement or else not at all. Each exhibitor will be provided with two catalogues.

6.2 Exhibitor ID Cards Exhibitor companies are provided with one (1) complimentary ID card for each 10 m2. Exhibitors must carry ID cards in their possession throughout the fair. Our security guards are authorized to deny access into the exhibition area as well as remove from the premises those who do not present their Exhibitor IDs.

Starting from the pre-exhibition stages, we carry on with further services as long as the exhibition continues. As foods and beverages available in quite a number of center points throughout the fairground are served by Dünya G›da Hizmetleri in broad opportunities, also owing to out sensibility and accuracy for health and hygiene, it is disallowed to bring foods and beverages into the fairground from the outside. 7. 2 CNR EXPO Activity Halls A total of 10 meeting rooms that may serve from 10 to 550 persons depending on the activity are at your service for your congress, seminar, meeting, conference, and other special events such as dealers meetings. In addition, any service you may need during such meetings are offered with a full set of technical equipments, and all your needs are covered by CNR EXPO. (Form 8) While providing high-scale and flexible services in line with your needs, we also serve to your special requests. Whenever you need, you may always consult our authorized personnel, and coordinate them. Our activity halls are suitable for installation of any kind of technical equipment, and we also provide technical support.

7. 3 CNR EXPOTOUR Accommodation / Flight Ticket / Transfer As authorized Travel Agency of CNR Holding, EXPOTOUR provides trade fair participants and visitors with touristic services such as Hotel Booking, Flight Tickets, Transfer Services, Car Rental, City Daytrips, etc. In addition, the company offers Visa Services, Travel Insurance, and Package Tours for your Overseas Trade Fair participations and Private travels. For detailed information please check out Form 7 and contact us.

7. 4 Emergency CNR EXPO’s in-house first aid/paramedic ambulance unit is at your service throughout the fair, i.e., entrance and setting up, fair duration, dismantling and evacuation stages.

8 FACILITY PREVENTIVE MEASURES AND LIST OF RULES AND REGULATIONS 8.1. Fire Prevention

8.6. Operating Machinery / Equipment

All halls are equipped with fire extinguishers. It is strictly prohibited to block access to fire extinguishers during the stand construction.

Only machinery in compliance with engineering and operating safety standards are approved.

Depending on the condition of the product exhibited, exhibitors may bring in extra fire extinguishers and other gear. At the same time, CNR authorities must be made aware of the locations of all such extinguishers in the decoration plan.

8.2. Stand Materials Highly combustible materials must not be used in the construction of the stand. Certificates documenting the type of materials used must be kept on hand at the stands. Materials such as wood, bamboo, straw, etc., must be sprayed with a special fluid to render them inflammable and in complaince with the aforementioned standards.

8.3. Works CNR EXPO Exhibitor Support Service should be noti fied of small-scale welding tasks and the cutting of materials which needed to be carried out within the exhibition hall. Fire extinguishers must be placed in the immediate vicinity in order to protect the surroundings.

Preventative measures against accidents should be taken. Operator supervision is required as long as a machine runs. Operators can leave the vicinity only when the machine is turned off. Machinery emitting harmful gases may be operated in the hall providing said gases are piped out of the exhibition area and released into the open air. The fair management and organizer reserves the right to prohibit machines and devices deemed to be harm ful to the public or the environment.

8.8 Audio Levels

The audio level in the stands should be kept at a minimum. Please keep in mind that after an verbal warning, if the sound level is not lowered, CNR EXPO is authorized to shut off the audio source or power supply. Maximum accepted sound level is 80 Db within stand boundaries.

All the exhibitors and their teams are obliged to learn the locations of emergency exits in the halls and areas where their stand is located. Exit doors should not be blocked and the exits should not be prevented.

Starting from the pre-exhibition stages, we carry on with further services as long as the exhibition continues. As foods and beverages available in quite a number of center points throughout the fairground are served by Dünya G›da Hizmetleri Ltd. fiti. in broad opportunities, also owing to out sensibility and accuracy for health and hygiene, it is disallowed to bring foods and beverages into the fairground from the outside. Please get in touch with Dünya G›da Hizmetleri Ltd. fiti. for in-stand foods and beverages, cocktail, coffee break, lunch, dinner and gala dinner or breakfast options. Dünya G›da Hizmetleri will be more than happy to help you and your stand personnel with food and beverage alternatives as from the pre-exhibition stage to the end of it. PRE-EXHIBITION SERVICES · Fast Food Alternatives: You can pick up one of our Fast Food Ticket Menus in the lounge and halls (halls number 1, 4, 5, 7, 8) of exhibition. · Fixed Menu Alternatives: Your personnel or stand design team can pick up our Fixed Menu alternative available in the lounge before and during the exhibition, alternatively Dünya G›da Hizmetleri Catering Kitchen may serve you 4 different foods in bone china plates per day. SERVICES OFFERED DURING THE EXHIBITION · Open Buffet: You are welcome to enjoy a wide selection of hot plates, salads, side dishes, olive oil dishes, Turkish desserts or fruit baskets at our open buffet bar in the lounge during the exhibitions. · Balkony Restaurant (hall 2:) Our restaurant that serves world cuisine, meat and grilled meat options, chicken, pasta, soup, light salad, desserts and beverages on a’la carte. · Cafe Des Artistes Restaurant (hall 3): A-la carte restaurant where Turkish and international culinary tastes are offered and you can receive and host your special guests. · Take-Away Foods: We meet your and your personnel’s needs and requirements of hot plates at Bahçe Café barbecue points and bring your food to your stand during the exhibition. · Fast Food Menus: Please see below for our Fast Food Ticket Menu options in the halls of exhibitions.
