INTRODUCTION Save the date, during the weekend of the 18th of August in 2017 Pacha Festival will emerge for the first time at the 5 star premium Anantara Seminyak Bali resort. Pacha the Brand is worldwide renowned for their excellent clubs and festivals and will host the first Pacha Festival in Bali during their 50th anniversary of the Pacha Brand. Pacha will bring their Ibiza vibe to the ‘Ibiza of Indonesia’ in may 2017. This extraordinary party weekend will host the best entertainment, exclusive VIP events, high quality food & beverages which will bring the original and luxurious Pacha atmosphere to paradise Bali. Pacha is a worldwide known club and festival organisation. With their flagship club Pacha Ibiza and their international festivals emerging worldwide every high end clubber and festival visitor knows Pacha the brand. With residencies of David Guetta (F**k me i’m Famous), Steve Aoki (Aoki’s Playhouse), Martin Solveig (My House) and performances of Tiësto, Martin Garrix, Showtek, Swedish House Maffia and more, Pacha is a top-of-the-line festival and club organizer. Pacha Festival Bali will entertain over 6.000 guests with their extraordinaire Pacha experience, during a fantastic and exclusive weekend festival. This weekend Festival consists out of exclusive pre- and afterparties and the 11-hour event at the party hotel Anantara, will feature over 20 top-of-the-line (international) EDM/House artists. The DJ’s will perform at a mesmerizing stage with a 360 paradise kind of view. The demographic features of the attending guests are traditionally young, well educated, affluent individuals in the 18-45 age category. Pacha Festival Bali is looking for a limited number of select and exclusive sponsorship partners for the festival.

PACHA FESTIVAL After several years of success with the Pacha festival in Amsterdam, the Pacha Group’s franchise division launches globally with an aim to share this musical experience with countries worldwide. The international recognition of the two cherries logo in the entertainment world is reflected in the Pacha Festival, which offers a solid line-up of the world’s top DJ’s, cutting edge performances and ongoing technological innovation in developing stunning stages and enhancing the audience experience. The entire Pacha universe, with all its glamour and mediterranean essence, is transmitted throughout the day in a single space focused on the festival’s most important and distinguishing feature: authentic fun. For a full weekend Bali will experience the mediterranean style Pacha Festival. The exclusive Pacha brand will bring its famous red cherries, top of the bill international DJ’s and unique sound to the Island of the Gods. Providing Bali with authentic Ibiza style entertainment, which have never been experienced before in Indonesia. Experience the magic of the Balinese sunset as it transforms a vibrant day dance party into a glamorous clubbing night under the guidance of internationally renowned DJ’s.

A N A N TA R A PA R T Y H O T E L During a whole day and night Seminyak’s premium hotel Anantara Seminyak Bali Beach Resort, will turn into a tropical party venue for the exclusive first edition of Pacha Festival Bali. Saturday the 18th of August from 4pm till 3am Pacha Festival will entertain 6.000 guests with the best and most extensive and exclusive music production Indonesia has ever seen. The full weekend will feature over 20 (international) artists and entertainers. Pacha Festival will host a 11 hours event which features over 15 renowned performing DJ’s and ongoing entertainment at the Anantara Party Hotel. Besides the Pacha festival on saturday the whole weekend will be filled with exceptional and luxurious pre- and afterparties. We are introducing the unique Pacha experience to the party-people of Indonesia to let them become a part of the around the globe famous House Music Movement. The Anantara resort offers a dream setting for the first Pacha Festival in Bali with their swimming pools, lush garden, private beach and their roof terrace. Imagine a main stage on the beach with a 360 acces, tropical garden VIP decks, a unique and stylish Ibiza style Hippy market, DJ views from the outdoor pool and an intimate second stage on the rooftop providing you the best sunset panoramas.

MARKETING REACH The first Asia edition of Pacha Festival aims at attracting 6.000 visitors and reaching over 1,8 million potentials (target audience) and over 20 million people outside our preferred target demographic but still within our and your target scope. Besides the creative customized marketing plans that we are going to develop in cooperation with our sponsor partners, we will also use all traditional channels: TV & Radio MTV, Fashion TV, Channel V and E! will all show advertising and support Pacha Festival. By cooperating with our renowned artists Pacha Festival will organise ticket promotions in conjunction with several well known talk shows. Of all music and festival lovers 42% picks up events from TV and radio as main source of information. Billboard Billboards in the urban areas and airports of Indonesia are the most effective traditional marketing tools for a cross-media marketing campaign. Reaching millions of people. Social Media Pacha Festival is a pioneer in setting up social media campaigns. Steve Aoki even has his own residence at Pacha Ibiza with ‘’Aoki’s Playhouse’’ Pacha Festival Bali will bring top-of-the-bill artists to the Anantara premium resort in Seminyak. The headliners of Pacha Festival Bali will be announced two months prior to the event. Besides the international headliners Pacha Festival Bali will offer a platform for exciting emerging talent, presenting a mix of performances from international DJ’s to local renowned talent.
