Makes about 1 cup 2 tbsp. unsalted butter ¾ cup brown sugar 1 cup heavy cream ¼ tsp. vanilla extract ¼ tsp. coarse kosher salt, optional 1. Place butter in base of TupperWave® Stack Cooker 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until melted. 2. Add brown sugar and heavy cream to butter and whisk until combined. 3. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring halfway through. Whisk thoroughly. Microwave 30–60 seconds longer or until mixture begins to bubble. Watch closely towards end as to make sure it doesn’t boil over. 4. Stir in vanilla and salt, if desired. Store refrigerated in Squeeze It Bottle for up to one month.
