El planteamiento parte del desarrollo del ejercicio realizado con el Taller Vertical del curso 2017/2018. Se trabajó sobre el barrio de Benimàmet junto a la Feria de Muestras. Un área con equipamientos importantes como es el velódromo al cual se le dotó de un centro de alto rendimiento para fomentar su uso y mejorar las instalaciones preexistentes.
El objetivo del proyecto es la consolidación de vacíos urbanos, en los bordes del barrio de Benimàmet en Valencia junto a la Feria de muestras.
Se trabaja la relación entre la nueva construcción y la ordenación urbana preexistente. Se pretende dotar al velódromo de un nuevo equipamiento para mejorar su uso.
En planta, el espacio central funciona como un gran hall alrededor del cual se articulan el edificio de habitaciones, el docente y la cafetería. Este gran espacio junto con la sala polivalente permiten reuniones, zona de ocio, exposiciones o actividades para los usuarios, entre otros, enriqueciendo de este modo la articulación entre el dominio privado y lo público, tanto a nivel funcional como perceptivo. Además, de potenciar la relación interior-exterior mediante el cerramiento acristalado. La cubierta de este espacio funciona del mismo modo y se encuntra en planta primera.
The objective of the project is the consolidation of urban voids, on the edges of the Benimàmet neighborhood in Valencia, next to the Trade Fair.

El planteamiento parte del desarrollo del ejercicio realizado con el Taller Vertical en Cheste del curso 2018/2019. El objetivo principal es conectar el circuito con la Universidad Laboral mediante una pasarela-paisaje. Se trata de generar alrededor de la gran pasarela, con diversos puntos de acceso y recorridos múltiples, distintas micro-intervenciones que pontencien la idea de vida urbana dentro del complejo, donde los usuarios tengan todas las necesidades posibles a su alcance y, además, puedan relacionarse entre ellos.
El proyecto de jardín de infancia está dirigido a los niños y niñas de 0 a 6 años que habiten el complejo.
El acceso principal se produce desde la pasarela y contribuye a la idea general del taller de un recorrido-paisaje. Este recorrido se realiza a través de rampas para introducir el carácter de universalidad en el interior del edificio.
En cuanto, a la pedagogía empleada se basa en el aprendizaje autónomo pero guiado. Por tanto, se prevee que se desarrollen las distintas clases de manera abierta, siempre vinculando de manera espacial a todos los usuarios.
Por último, a través de la cubierta se prentende relacionar a los más pequeños con el carácter topográfico que les rodea en su entorno más inmediato. De esta manera la cubierta se transforma y pasa a formar parte de la zona de juegos en ciertos puntos, una inclinación que vemos en todo el conjunto del edificio y qe es claramente definitorio del mismo.
The kindergarten project is aimed at children from 0 to 6 years old who live in college.

El objetivo principal del taller vertical es conectar el circuito de motociclismo Ricardo Tormo con la antigua Universidad Laboral, para lo que se proyecta una gran pasarela paisaje. Se aprovecha este recorrido para el disfrute de los habitantes de este nuevo complejo, creado a partir de un programa extenso de proyecto en torno a la formación, investigación e innovación de nuevas tecnologías en el ámbito automovilístico.
La idea del proyecto es crear un mirador hacia el cirucuito como final de recorrido de la gran pasarela. Este elemento es lo que define la forma y el diseño del edificio.
Se prentende conseguir en todo momento un espacio fluido y flexible en el interior, permitiendo que diferentes grupos de usuarios y actividades se mezclen e interactuen, alejándose de un enfoque formalista que crearía claras distinciones entre las diferentes partes del programa.
Por tanto, se entiende la biblioteca como un espacio de reunión para todos los cudadanos, donde realizar todo tipo de actividades.
La planta baja es un espacio diáfano en el que se distribuyen las distintas áreas de la biblioteca y cuenta con distintos patios con vegetción. En cambio la planta superior funciona como una especie de plataforma colgada que permite la vinculación espacial entre ambas.

The main objective of the vertical workshop is to connect the Ricardo Tormo motorcycling circuit with the Labor University, as a solution a large landscape walkway is projected. This route is used for the enjoyment of the inhabitants of this new construction, created from an extensive project program on training, research and innovation of new technologies in the automotive field.

El sistema estructural se basa en dos vifas en celosia formada a partir de perfiles de acero, de dimensiones totales 113,30 x 10,20 m.
Para rigidizar dicha estructura principal, se emplea una segunda estructura de vigas de celosia metálicas, en este caso en sentido transversal, sobre las cuales apoya el forjado de losa pretensada de hormigón y la cubierta.
Por último, de la estructura secundaria, cuelgan mediante cables de acero de diámetro 3 cm unas bandejas creando así un segundo nivel de programa.
The structural system is based on two lattice beams formed from steel profiles, with a total dimensions of 113.30 x 10.20 m.

La propuesta arquitectónica surge de la necesidad de proporcionar un equipamiento al Complejo Educativo de Cheste. Se pretende poner en valor los indicadores paisajísticos del lugar, integrando el edificio en el entorno y trabajándolo conjuntamente con el paisaje. Busca relacionarse con los edificios y espacios preexistentes pero contruido de manera diferente para diferenciarlo de los mismos. Se puede entender como la pieza que termina la Universidad Laboral y al mismo tiempo enlaza y da servicio al circuito.
La idea es incorporar la escuela de pilotos como un elemento más de la trama de Cheste, buscando reducir su peso visual para que no interfiera con la lectura del entorno a escala general.
La organización funcional se plantea siguiendo dos directrices; Las necesidades propias del programa y el grado de privacidad. Desde el punto de vista del programa, se divide la intervención en distintos bloques. Todos ellos, se conectan con el fin de generar esa idea de conjunto a través de una plaza cubierta a modo de mirador hacia el circuito que tiene como objetivo ser un lugar de encuentro.
El proyecto se adapta al terreno para generar distintos grados de privacidad. Es por ello, que los elementos de carácter más público se ubican en cota cero en la parte llana más alta de la parcela. Sin embargo, la residencia se dispone a una cota inferior con tal de conseguir un mayor grado de intimidad, ya que se entiende como un espacio de tranquilidad donde poder disfrutar de las vistas. En definitiva, no se trata de un centro dedicado únicamente a la formación de pilotos, sino que también dé servicio al circuito y a otro tipo de usuarios durante eventos.

In short, it is not a center dedicated solely to the training of pilots, but also serves the circuit and other types of users during events.
The architectural proposal arises from the need to provide equipment to the Labor University. It is intended to value the landscape indicators of the place, integrating the building into the environment. It seeks to relate to the pre-existing buildings but built in a different way to differentiate it from them. It can be understood as the piece that ends the Labor University and at the same time links and provides service to the circuit.

El proyecto se sitúa en el distrito marítimo de Valencia concretamente en el barrio de Nazaret. La idea fundamental del trabajo es trazar un eje verde que que recorre todo el ámbito de actuación permitiendo enlazar los distintos tejidos urbanos. Se pretende conectar el saler con la ciudad y al mismo tiempo terminar los bordes de la ciudad con el puerto y con la huerta.
The project is located in the maritime district of Valencia, specifically in the Nazaret neighborhood. The main idea of the work is to define a green axis that passes through the entire area of action, linking the different urban areas. El proyecto de espacio abierto consiste en integrar las actuaciones a nivel de Masterplan en un nuevo parque urbano para la zona. La característica más importante es la conexión huerta-barrio-colchón verde. De ahí las tres vías a modo de ramblas que conectan todos los elemento y viculadas siempre al elemento verde.
En el proyecto se distinguen dos reorridos, un recorrido curvilíneo y otro de rectas oblicuas. El primero responde a los caminos verdes de carácter más natural que rescuperan la antigua conexión barrio-playa. El segundo, de trazados rectos y secantes, responde a la trama secundaria del barrio que recorre cada una de las zonas del mismo de manera longitudinal.
Por otro lado, se pretenden integrar las antiguas edificaciones de valor histórico, se añaden zonas de relación mediante plazas que se encuentran justo al borde del parque, en el límite con el agua. Estos lugares se conciben como zonas de ocio y de restauración. Al mismo tiempo que funcionan como puntos de conexión con el lado más natural de la intervención que corresponde con el colchón verde del antiguo cauce, por medio de puentes y un embarcadero.
In the project, two paths are distinguished, a curvilinear path and another with oblique lines. The first responds to the more natural green paths that recover the old neighborhood-beach connection. The second, with straight and intersecting lines, responds to the secondary plot of the neighborhood that runs through each of its areas longitudinally.
On the other hand, it is intended to integrate the old buildings of historical value, areas of relationship are added through squares located on the edge of the park, at the limit with the water. These places are conceived as leisure and restaurant areas. At the same time, they are points of connection with the most natural side of the intervention that corresponds to the green area of the old channel, through bridges and a jetty.
The open space project consists of integrating the actions at the Masterplan level in a new urban park for the area. The most important characteristic is the garden-neighborhood-green area connection. The three avenues like boulevards that connect all the elements and are always linked to the green element.
Además, no se olvida la estrecha relación con la huerta, de manera que se intervienen zonas del parque a modo de huerta floral, introduciendo la trama de la huerta histórica pero reinterpretándola con especies de árboles, arbustos y flores, todos ellos autóctonos de la zona de intervención.

Primera aproximación y levantamiento. Estudio Previo. Definición del anteproyecto e intervenciones.
El teatro Ideal Rosales, construido en 1925, se sitúa en la localidad de Moncada, a tan solo 12 km de Valencia. Actualmente ha quedado integrado en la ciudad, pero anteriormente estaba enclavado en una zona industrial próxima a la estación del trenet.
En la actualidad el edificio se encuentra en un avanzado estado de deterioro, habiendo desaparecido su estructura interior prácticamente por completo. Se utilizó como cine y más tarWde para actividades como construcción y almaccenaje.
Se trata de un único volúmen situado entre medianeras, con naves laterales que están en desuso. Se trata de un edificio protegido de grado III, se protegen aquellos elementos siginificativos que lo caracterizan y sirven de referencia para entender la época, estilo y función. Por tanto, la fachada es sin duda un referente protegido por su integración y como elemento que contribuye a la compresión global del paisaje urbano.

El pabellón se basa en el concepto de transición medioambiental, impulsado por la idea hacia la concienciación sobre el uso de los plásticos y su impacto en la naturaleza.
