ITC Connect is the company’s latest app and offers fast assistance in finding closing locations and contacting staff, and will eventually be the main umbrella that supports several other functions. Independence Title Company also offers a dedicated Commercial Division, including a Commercial Closing Department and Sales Team that provides analytical resources on commercial markets and opportunities to help clients achieve success.
