Modest contemporaries and grand shingled mansions is the story of Westhampton, NY and Realty Connect USA’s very own Joanne Kline is now part of that story with her involvement in the sale of 11 Sophia Court!

The 4,400 sq. ft. modern colonial home sits on a lovely cul-de-sac street in Westhampton’s prestigious Sophia Place subdivision. This modern new construction is a success story as demand for new construction homes remain high despite pandemic related delays. Despite the challenge, Joanne successfully coordinated the sale for her buyer who will now call 11 Sophia Ct home.

Team Musso, led by the sibling broker duo, Paul and Peter Musso, has maintained a strong presence in the residential real estate market.

However, their recent involvement in the sale of some of the highest priced industrial land in Suffolk County has also cemented their name in the Industrial land market arena. Purchased by real estate titan AVR Realty, the 43 acres sold for $8.3 Million by Team Musso will be a major component of the future development in the Shirley/Yaphank area which is already taking shape with The Boulevard at Yaphank.
