THE ART OF NEGOTIATION! If you need to sell quickly it doesn’t mean you have to give your property away! In real estate sales, there are those sellers who need to sell quickly and those who can wait a little; each require very unique negotiation skills and strategies. In the world of negotiation, disclosing your bottom line can leave you feeling vulnerable. There is absolutely NO REASON for me or anyone else to know this number.

5 STEPS TO SELLING QUICKLY 1. The first step is curb appeal. According to a survey of more than 5,000 home buyers, 60% confess to deciding to buy the home they purchased before entering the home. It’s all about the curb appeal. 2. Next is staging, or more importantly, de-cluttering your home. As much as we think a potential buyer can see through our valued possessions, most will not. 3. Be very flexible with showing times. If you’re not, the buyer’s agents will move on to the next property. The easier you make it for them to show your home, the more likely it is to sell quickly. 4. Great marketing adds the perception of value. This will help keep you as far away from your bottom line as possible. 5. Finally, we will need to price your home as close to market value as possible in order to attract the greatest number of buyers. This doesn’t mean you have to give your property away!
