I LOVE being a Florida Realtor and have ever since entering the business in 1993. No two days are ever the same, and I enjoy taking people through the process of buying or selling and knowing that I have supported them in achieving their goals. With a real estate career spanning over 30 years, I currently own and operate a boutique brand by design — Peacock Premier Properties. I’m proud to say that 88% of my business comes from repeat customers and referrals. Customer service in my world is an action, not a cliché. When someone entrusts me with the sale or the purchase of their most valuable asset, I consider it an honor and a privilege to serve them at the highest level by providing every source of information they may need to make the best decisions in any given market.

In 1995, my husband, David, joined me after spending his entire life in the construction business. The addition of his background gives our customers the best of both worlds, as each of us brings unique knowledge and skills to the table.

My concentration is in Wills, Trusts, Estates, Probate, Receivership, Guardianship, and Bankruptcy. I am attending the State College of Florida, where I am an Honors Student.

I am very active in the local area and extremely community-oriented, volunteering my time on a regular basis. Family is also very important to me, and of course, travel. I have visited 44 U.S. states and 26 countries. I believe experiencing other places, people, and cultures helps me become better able to assist clients in any situation.

THE HOME Showing

Your home needs to be ‘show-ready’ at all times, which can be difficult to balance if you are still living in the home. However, we must ensure preparations are done up front — unnecessary items are removed, space has been created, and a plan is implemented for the best times to show the home — then the final prep and inviting touches are easy for me to add around your busy schedule.

Every buyer will be pre-qualified. During the showing, a fully guided tour will be provided to ensure that the features and nuances are showcased and explained to maximize the perception of value.

From the moment I first met Kristen, I knew I was in good hands. She immediately put my mind at ease and got straight to work. Kristen walked me through the process of selling my parents’ home and was there when I couldn’t be.
