- The setup instructions are created specifically for this configuration.

- Setup instructions are laid out sequentially in steps, including exploded views with detailed explanation for assembly.

Cleaning & Packing

DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS

- For Cleaning Metal, Plex, & Laminate Parts: Use a MILD NON-ABRASIVE cleanser and soft cloth/paper towel to clean all surfaces.

- Keep exhibit components away from heat and prolonged sun exposure.

Heat and UV exposure will warp and fade components.

Assembly Cont’d Push pin lock into hole of connecting frame.

Note: Block of pin lock will secure in groove.

Side-by-Side Assembly

Corner Connector

1) Frames: Place frames side-by-side with one higher than the other, then slide panel down to lock panels securely together.

2) Corner Connectors: Repeat Step 1 for installing corner connectors to frames.

Side-by-Side Disassembly

Pin Lock

1) Pull pin lock outwards to disengage.

2) Pull frames upward and apart at the same time to detatch.

Stacking

Stacking Assembly 1) Place one horizontal frame on top of the other, lining up the center grooves.

Unstacking

Push stacking lock into the slot of the upper frame, then spin the cap to tighten the lock.

2) Turn stacking lock clockwise to tighten into place. Repeat for each lock.

Stacking Disassembly 1) Turn the stacking lock counter-clockwise to loosen.

2) The whole spring on the stacking lock should be in view to release each frame. The disengaged spring should release the stacking lock. If not, keep turning the stacking lock until it disengages.

Disengage the stacking lock by spinning the cap counter clockwise and pulling down.

CEI152 Frame Assembly

Corner Bracket Installation 1) Slide TWO-PIECE TS RV 2 L-bracket into Interior Center Slot of extrusion so that two set screws are inside groove.

Tighten two set screws to secure.

2) Slide two A1 L-Brackets into outer interior grooves of upper and lower horizontals.

Tighten set screws to secure.

3) Slide vertical extrusion over exposed ends of brackets in lower horizontal.

Tighten set screws to secure.

4) Slide exposed ends of installed brackets of upper horizontal into open ends of verticals.

Tighten set screws to secure.

Slide verticals over brackets of lower horizontal, then slide upper horizontal & brackets into grooves & center slots of verticals.

Straight Connection

Straight Bracket Installation 1) Slide TWO-PIECE TS RV 4 straight bracket into Interior Center Slot of extrusion, so that two of the set screws are inside groove. Tighten two set screws to secure.

2) Slide two V4 Connectors into outer interior grooves of extrusion, so that one set screw is inside groove.

Tighten set screw.

Lower Horizontal

1) Loosen set screws on brackets and slide extrusions off of brackets.

12 Brackets Total: (4) - TS RV 2 (8) - A1 L-Brackets

Insert two-piece bracket into the interior center slot of extrusion.

3) Slide connecting extrusion over exposed ends of bracket & connectors. Tighten all remaining set screws to secure extrusions.

Secure inserted half of bracket & connectors using set screws.

It is important to first insert graphic into each alternate corner then to the sides of the frame. If this is not done, graphic will not fit into the frame correctly.

Graphic Removal

Step 1 Insert corner A. Turn edge of graphic so silicon welt is perpendicular to face of graphic. Insert narrow side of welt with fabric to outside into the channel. Repeat for other side of this corner.

Step 2 Repeat Step 1 for opposite corner C, then insert corner B, followed by corner D, to complete the installation of the corners.

Step 3 Once all corners are inserted, press one silicon edge into channel from corners and work toward the center.

Make sure welt is fully inserted into channel. Continue until all sides are done. Smooth out edges of graphic.

To remove the graphic from the frame, locate the fabric pull tab. Gently pull up on the tab to remove the fabric.

2) Attach Sintra Graphic to Door panel [10].

3) Affix Sintra panel to Panel [5], using Velcro 3) Install Monitor Mount to verticals [6,6A] of panels [7,8].

Steps: 1) Assemble Counter Unit as shown.

2) Affix Sintra panels to front, sides & back, using Velcro.

Steps: 1) Connect assembled Counter to side of lightbox frame, using Z45 horizontal extrusions, as shown in illustration.

2) Apply SEG Graphic to front & back of lightbox.

Repeat steps 1 & 2 for other two lightbox assemblies.

3) Attach medium Monitor Mount to the front lightbox, above the attached Counter, as shown..
