GRAND LAKE AREA I Grand Lake saw a relatively quiet winter season in real estate, but signs point to a busy spring and summer ahead. Inventory is slowly increasing, and sellers are beginning to prepare for the seasonal influx of buyers who dream of time on the water. Most activity continues to be in the single-family and condo sectors, as townhome availability remains limited. The market appears to be balancing—while fewer homes have sold in recent months, those that do move tend to go quickly if priced appropriately. Buyer confidence is improving, and the shift toward a more buyer-friendly environment is prompting some earlier-than-usual decisions from second-home shoppers. If trends hold, we can expect a strong Q2 as the ice gives way to boats and hiking boots.
