he Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors® recently named Jennifer Langston-Justus of Dream Properties Real Estate as the 2023 Realtor of the Year. The Realtor of the Year Award is KCRAR’s highest honor, awarded each year to a Realtor who exemplifies professionalism at a distinguished level. Jen has been involved in real estate for over twenty years and has a team of six agents associated with her boutique brokerage. She and her team are committed to putting customers first and delivering beyond expectations. She earned a BS/BA degree from Rockhurst University in economics and finance, which led her to roles with KCRAR’s finance and budget committees, as well as being vicechair of the Economic Development committee. She has held roles with the Women’s Council of Realtors, on the National Association of Realtors Public Policy Oversight committee, as a local, state, and federal political coordinator for the Realtors, and many others. Her involvement in the local, state and national associations shows her dedication to political advocacy. Jen

is a Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) Hall of Fame member. She goes yearly to the Missouri state capitol, Jefferson City, as well as to Washington, D.C. to fight for the American dream and protect property rights. “By being involved, I’m able to share information, to talk about what is going on,” says Jen. “I want to be a resource for people, for example: spreading the word on down payment assistance programs that don’t require twenty percent down, or assisting clients in taking care of their largest asset.
