About RK Narayan-Mr. R K Narayan was an Indian writer, Narayan was born in Madras on 10 October 1906, and on 13 May 2001 Narayan died by Heart failure. Generally known for his work on the fictional south Indian town "Malgudi." he is known as Author Of Malgudi Days. R. k. Laxman (Indian cartoonist) was a sibling of Mr. R k Narayan. RK Narayan Famous Works-His first novel was "swami and friends" in 1935. which was a narrative story of schoolboys. That book and many of Narayan's books discuss the fictional south Indian place "Malgudi." RK Educational Background-He completed his Higher Secondary from M. C. C. Higher Secondary School, and In 1937 he Completed his Bachelor of Arts from Maharaja's College in Mysore. He got married to Rajam Narayan(his Wife) in 1933. Rajam gave birth to their daughter(Hema). Rajam died by typhoid in 1939. After the death of Rajam, Narayan never remarried.
