tat LIVING: Some of our entrĂŠes are gently warmed at less than 115 degrees to preserve their living enzymes, oxygen, natural hormones, phytochemicals, bio-electrical energy, and Life Force. Our food is alive with VITALITY and you will be, too!

ORGANIC & NON-GMO: We serve food prepared with organic ingredients so they are free of non-organic farming chemicals and are not genetically modified (GMO). VEGAN: We use no animal products of any kind including meat, dairy, fish, or seafood. We support the studies which show that a plant-based diet is the ultimate for physical VITALITY. GLUTEN-FREE: Gluten has been proven to have an inflammatory effect in the intestinal tract. Most people react in some way or another to glutinous foods, even those who do not have Celiac disease. EXACTING STANDARDS: Menu items containing more than one ingredient are made by hand in our kitchen. Also, we harvest our coconut meat and coconut water by hand from young Thai coconuts and not from a package or can. All food is carefully and lovingly prepared. WHY WE DO NOT SERVE: SEA VEGETABLES: Our oceans are now so contaminated with chemicals and radiation, we cannot ensure that foods harvested from them are safe to serve. GRAINS AND SOY: 90% of all U. S. grain and soy is now

genetically modified and unsafe for consumption.

SUGAR, ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS, AND HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP: All are processed using destructive, high degrees

of heat; aspartame and corn syrup contain chemicals which are not in alignment with true physical VITALITY, to name only one concern WE USE OIL VERY SPARINGLY: The human body is not built to process oil optimally.
