Can you tell our readers about yourself and your blog?
Hi everyone. My name is Ty and I’m from Italy. I like art in all its manifestations. Blogging, modeling and taking photos fall into this category. I believe that our avatar is an expression of us, of our way of being, a virtual extension of real life. With one advantage: here in SL we are all beautiful!!!
Describe how did you first get into blogging?
Honestly, I think it’s like everyone. I already had some sponsors but I couldn’t get the blog off the ground. When talking about this to some friends, they introduced me to a friend of theirs and he was my Pygmalion. Once I figured out how to move, I started walking on my own.
Can you tell me some of your strengths that really helped you in blogging?
Stubbornness, meticulousness. I pay a lot of attention to details because they are what catches the eye. I never publish a photo if I am not satisfied with it or it is the best that, in my opinion, I can do. I try to be very sober and self-critical. Better something less than redundancy which is never elegant.
What was your greatest failure and what did you learn from that?
Despite challenges, I approach blogging with sensitivity and dedication, pouring my heart into every endeavor. When faced with setbacks, I strive to understand and grow, acknowledging the truth in Einstein’s words: opportunities arise from difficulties. Maintaining an open mind, I push forward, recognizing the value of diverse perspectives beyond my own.
Second Life is a big place, do you have any other interests besides blogging?
I love music, dancing and chatting with my friends, very few but excellent friends. Also, I often texturize objects for myself, it was my first passion here in SL. Second Life offers many opportunities and you never get bored.
Why did you start with blogging? Describe your writing process, from concept to publishing. How do you stay motivated?
Living my dream fuels my motivation. I envision and mold objects to reflect my vision, capturing the perfect photo. Motivation stems from creating satisfying work that brings fulfillment and rewards.
How do you motivate yourself to keep the blog up and running?
Doing something we enjoy is motivating in its own right. I consider myself very lucky. I hope I can improve myself and be able to do better and more
The fashion industry has a lot of bloggers, how do you get in contact or how do you pick the designers to blog for? Sponsorship opportunities are rare but cherished, often resulting in rewarding collaborations when shared visions align. Typically, bloggers respond to adverts, facilitated through platforms like Blogotex or EasyBlogger. Alternatively, direct approaches occur through Second Life groups or personal connections. The sponsor’s preferences dictate the working method, whether through platform-managed interactions or direct communication.
We bloggers know that Blogging is really time consuming and a lot of work. How do you deal with organizing your posts?
Blogging takes time, but I’m fortunate with ample real-life free time. I check progress in mornings before pursuing other interests like photography.
How would you describe your personal style and is there a person who is a fashion inspiration to you?
Colors, elegance and sobriety. There isn’t one person in particular who inspires me, but many. Other people certainly have a different way of seeing from mine, or they have different skills, so you can only learn from other people..
How do you attract new readers? Describe the methods you’ve used and their impact on site traffic? What do you think is the best social media strategy for getting more visitors to a blog?
Is there a method??? I am joking! Be very active on the various platforms, reciprocate the kindness of likes, faves, comments and awards: there are people who go out of their way to help you with likes and do it completely free of charge. It’s only right to reciprocate this nice gesture. Because in the end, without being too philosophical, this is how it works.
Can you tell me about few sources from where you get products for review on your site?
Blogotex, EasyBlogger or Allomancy, but also the groups created specifically by the store owner for bloggers, or personally
How active are you on a weekly basis? How often do you communicate with your followers?
I publish a post every day.

Undoubtedly, like many of you, I have my favorite designers—whether for décor or clothing— and eagerly anticipate their latest releases. While I wish I could afford to indulge in everything I desire, budget constraints are a reality for many of us.
Recently, I’ve observed a troubling trend: the expectation for designers to provide free updates for new body types or upgrades. It saddens me to see some individuals pressuring designers to accommodate every new release without considering the tremendous effort involved. Designers meticulously craft their creations to f it specific body types, and each new iteration requires significant time and resources.
It’s unjust to demand free updates simply because a previously purchased item may not align perfectly with a new body. Would we demand a free replacement dress after undergoing cosmetic surgery or losing weight? The analogy is clear: just as real-life store owners would respond, designers deserve respect and fair treatment.
Similarly, criticisms aimed at sales events for minor price adjustments are unwarranted. Sales provide an opportunity for affordability, but attacking organizers or designers over marginal changes undermines the spirit of these events. Let’s remember the voluntary nature of these offerings and appreciate the generosity of designers who extend update options or discounts.
While I acknowledge differing opinions, constructive dialogue is essential. Let’s foster an environment of mutual respect and gratitude towards the creative minds enriching our virtual world. A simple act of kindness, such as sending a supportive message to designers, can go a long way in brightening their day.
In conclusion, let’s stand in solidarity with our designers, recognizing their contributions and expressing our appreciation for their talent and dedication. Together, we can cultivate a community built on empathy, understanding, and respect for all creatives.

In addition to my fervent passion for photography, my journey encompasses a rich tapestry of experiences within Second Life since 2007. Initially drawn to the platform’s creative potential, I ventured into clothing design for the standard avatars prevalent at the time. However, it was a serendipitous encounter with photography that truly ignited my artistic soul.
Beyond the lens, I find solace in exploring the depths of human psychology as a quiet introvert. The sanctuary of my home offers respite from the chaotic outside world. In my photography, I gravitate towards capturing authentic moments that transcend conventional boundaries. From classical compositions to intimate portraits, and even the realms of erotica and sensuality, each frame serves as a canvas for storytelling. Embracing the full spectrum of human emotion, I seek to evoke visceral responses and provoke contemplation through my imagery. Thus, photography becomes not just a medium of visual expression, but a conduit for delving into the complexities of the human experience.
Have you undergone any formal training in graphic design, or do you have a background in it? Additionally, what sparked your initial interest in delving into photography within Second Life, and which aspects of virtual photography do you discover to be the most captivating or challenging?
I lack formal training in graphic design, having honed my skills through real-life e xperiences in designing websites and crafting advertising flyers. My journey took an unexpected turn upon encountering references to Flickr
within various Second Life profiles. This discovery sparked an undeniable fascination, igniting a feverish passion within me. I found myself particularly drawn to the art of editing Second Life images, striving to imbue them with a sense of naturalism through meticulous adjustments of reflections and shading.
What 3 words describe your personal photography style?
Classic,erotic, near to realistic.
I’m sure many of our readers will be intrigued to hear how you actually make your pictures regarding windlight, size of the pictures, pixels. Do you have a favorite that you always turn to? And what do you think makes the best angle to take a picture? well my greatest interest at the moment is the area of cyber and cyberpunk. I’m also very interested in pictures of planets and spaceships with avatars that have either a cybertec arm or leg...air masks...etc...with futuristic backgrounds. My goals and aspirations are always to become better in order to create even the smallest details as true to nature as possible without losing the origin (second life).
Is there a specific photograph you’ve taken that holds a special place in your heart? If so, could you share the link and tell us what makes that particular image stand out to you? iet Absolutely, there is indeed a photograph that holds a special significance for me. This particular image stands out as one of my most cherished creations.

Currently, my creative endeavors are centered around the captivating realms of cyber and cyberpunk aesthetics. Delving into these futuristic landscapes, I find myself immersed in a world where technology and humanity intertwine in intriguing ways. Particularly, I’m fascinated by the concept of juxtaposing avatars adorned with cybernetic enhancements against the backdrop of otherworldly spaceships and planetary vistas.
Looking ahead, I’m eager to delve deeper into these themes, exploring the interplay between humanity, technology, and the boundless expanse of outer space. My aspirations within my photography journey extend to capturing the essence of these futuristic landscapes with an unparalleled sense of immersion and realism.
As I continue to refine my craft, I believe I’m steadily progressing towards realizing these aspirations. Each project serves as a stepping stone towards honing my skills and refining my vision, bringing me closer to achieving my dreams within the realm of photography.
