Overview of your role Sales Admin is an integral part of the sales process, the legalities around buying and selling require diligence to the process. The systems and processes we use to support the sales journey have been developed in accordance with our obligation under the Property and Stock agent ACT and the best business practices developed by our agency. Our processes are critical in developing trust and extending excellent customer service. Our client’s experience is what they will remember in years to come when selecting an agent.

Onboarding We are committed to ensuring that you reach your potential and your career aspirations, and the sales admin position is a career or a springboard. Depending on your Goals and career aspirations you may decide on Sales Admin Support or develop the skills to become a Sales Associate and one day a lead agent. We know from experience that it is imperative that you master the sales Admin process and develop exceptional prospecting skills before pursuing any further aspirations. The Department Sales Admin Support team member is engaged to support our lead agents through all aspects of the sales process. This booklet includes all checklists outlining the task associated with the requirement along with helpful flowcharts.

Agency Sales Support Ray White Goulburn Sales admin support is employed to assist multiple agents and to provide admin support for the agency. Please note that a Sales Admin Support or Sales Admin Associate that is employed by a lead agent to carry out their Admin support or associate role is paid by the lead agent. Ray White Goulburn administers the payroll however it is important that you are aware that you are employed by that agent to grow their portfolio whilst developing the skills to eventually meet your own career objectives. The prospecting that you are undertaking is to grow your lead agent’s portfolio. The skills that you acquire throughout this journey will provide you with the tools that are required to become a successful lead agent.

Renumeration What is my remuneration package for the Sales Admin Support Role? We work under the Real Estate Industry award. Depending on your previous industry experience you will commence on the award rate for your position. We are committed to providing our employees with the best training opportunities. This will commence with the completion of your Certificate of Registration and then after a qualifying period we will provide you with the opportunity to complete your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practises, Class 2 and Class 1. The above tasks form the tasks associated with your remuneration package. The following bonus system is provided to supplement your income and provide you with the opportunity to perform the tasks that are required to become a lead agent. To be eligible for the bonus system you will be required to provide your weekly call and appraisal list to evidence your calls. All checklists must be completed and will be checked for compliance each month.
