Market Update

As the spring selling season progresses, the property market continues to show strong activity, with increased sales volumes and national property values holding steady in growth territory.

Nationally, properties have recorded a consistent 0.2% monthly gain, and units have edged up by 0.1%, reflecting ongoing buyer demand. The expansion in available listings has energized the market, creating a vibrant environment for sellers to attract motivated buyers, and City Beach buyers remain eager to secure their place in the market.

The median house price has risen this quarter from $2,760,000 to $2,900,000 and despite days on

market increasing across the metro area, City Beach days on market have decreased to 21 days.

Spring selling remains strong even as Christmas approaches! And we are gearing up for an amazing start to 2025.
