In the first quarter of 2024, City Beach’s real estate market saw a mod est uptick in prices amid historical lows of new listings and heightened demand, resulting in swift sales averaging just 13 days from listing.

Perth distinguishes itself among cap ital cities as one of the select two ex periencing a significant rise in inter state migration, shaping local buying trends more profoundly than interna tional migration patterns.
