Laura will complete a full analysis of relevant market data and identify the target market for your home.

Laura will complete the marketing launch for your property.

Laura will recommend the best sales and marketing strategy for your property. The listing documentation will be prepared for you to complete either in person or electronically.

Laura will confirm the open home schedule and start showing the property via both home opens and private viewings.

Laura will finalise the offer and acceptance paperwork with you and the successful buyer either in person or electronically.

Laura will follow up on the contract conditions while the offer is moving from being conditional to unconditional whilst providing continuous communication and manage the process through to settlement.

Laura will meet with you to walk through and discuss the presentation of the home and will provide her recommendations.
