Work is well underway on the newest precinct for the Meadowbrook area, a $70 million industrial development called the M6 connect. This will be the final stage of the 100-hectare industrial precinct that began back in 1986.The M6 Connect project will consist of 19 Warehouses, designed to cater for a variety of different industrial businesses with a need to have direct access to the Logan Motorway. This new development will help to meet a current market requirement for high quality spec built industrial properties. The allotment sizes will range from 1,500sqm to almost 6,000sqm and will be purposefully designed for a variety of different users ranging from small logistics and distribution companies to larger manufacturing groups. This new industrial development is only one of the many new projects due to begin in the Meadowbrook area over the coming years.
