With the elections and so much uncertainty in the current economic climate, there is speculation the market has slowed down with lower enquiry numbers. After running this campaign for 4 weeks, it was clear this was not the case with very high enquiry numbers, inspections and a large amount of competitive offers. The sale wasn't without its challenges with a shorter lease expiry, an older asset and the uncertainty if the tenant will remain at the end of their tenure. The expressions of interest campaign reached its desired audience effectively which resulted in a cash unconditional offer and less than a 30 day settlement period.
