Description
The mall represents an integrating space for different social backgrounds under an atmosphere of social dynamism. Betting for a building that transmits freshness and vitality, that also feels weightless due to the use of glass and aluminum, the shapes, and the open spaces that make part of it.

Description
The Psychiatric Hospital contemplates in its proposal that the attention provided in terms of mental health takes place in safe environments, where acceptance plays a key role, just like in a home. For instance, the forms of cubes and parallelepipeds are prevalent, since they communicate stability and carefulness. Materials like wood and brick seek to reflect the warmth of a home, and the use of colors such as white and beige aim to evoke peace and calm.

Historical Evolution
Description
The project encompasses a reconstruction of the current botanical garden of Santiago and its peripheral settlements, in an attempt to turn them into ecovillages following the principles of sustainability, augmenting green areas, including bike paths, using and preserving autochthonous and native species, and reordering the roads.

The creation of a Border Technology Industrial Park located on Comendador, originates in order to address the need of formal employment, the creation of safe and reliable sources of income to the residents of the city and its surroundings, and to improve their quality of life. At the same time collaborating with the industrialization of the nearby cities.
