Health Tip: Have An Oil Change Truly, we should really be over the notion by now that coconut oil is unhealthy... since the oil has been suggested as being bad for health, health officials have debunked that idea over and over, by demonstrating and endorsing the health advantages of the coconut. Coconut oil can easily be a direct replacement for virtually any other oil, and also the use of margarine (ya know.. the stuff which is, what is it, a single molecule away from plastic!) and maybe even butter. Coconut oil can also be appropriately employed on the skin. It can easily be heated without compromising its benefits, or even enjoyed raw. particular nutrient, it might create cravings for a food where that nutrient is significant! Very awesome! It reminds of a story (if I recall correctly.. from the publication: Green Smoothie Revolution) with regards to Sergei Boutenko who experienced notable desires for sesame seed milk soon after breaking a bone. The calcium from the sesame milk helped to heal the fractured bone in a very short time. His sister had a related medicinal story in which I believe included olives... exciting stories!
