01 CULTURAL CENTER COSMIC BLOSSOM

Type: Public Building Site: Juchandra ,Naigaon East Date: June 2022 – October 2022 Site Are: 3925 Sq.m Inspired by the concept of blooming flower petals.

The idea is to introduce a flourishing essence of culture to the neighborhood by analyzing floral and vegetal properties in pixels and converting them into patterns.

Using the arrangement and spatial organization principles the final form can be divided into seven parts of which six are the petals which are all connected to the seventh part to the center of structure which also has the main entrance in it.

Dividing the spaces according to the functionality so that each petal will have its own specific importance . The center part of the structure will have the administration office and the reception area . In each of these areas beds of flower that bloom year round will cover the landscaping throughout the center.

Both active and passive design strategies are utilized in the project to improve sustainability For example the structure minimize the light loads by using natural light obtained through skylights and north light.

CORPORATE CONVENTIONAL PARK

Business Oasis Convention Park Type: Commercial Building Site: Hdil, Virar East Date: November 2022 – April 2023 Site Are: 5000 Sq.m The concept for the convention building is to create a biophilic design that incorporates sustainable materials and energy-efficient technologies, while also providing a functional and aesthetically pleasing space for large events and conventions. The design take inspiration from the Biophilic Workspace by Sanjay Puri Architects and the Seattle Convention Center Summit Building by LMN Architects.

The architectural design will be unique and modern, featuring a glass and steel facade that provides ample natural light and stunning views of the surrounding area. The interior spaces will be flexible, with large exhibition spaces, flexible meeting rooms, and state-of-the-art technology infrastructure, similar to the Summit Building. To incorporate biophilic design principles, the building will feature green roofs, natural light, greenery, and natural materials, This will create a calming and inviting atmosphere that can help reduce stress and increase focus. The use of sustainable materials and energy-efficient technologies, such as passive solar design, will also reduce the environmental impact of the building and attract environmentally conscious organizations and businesses.

The building will offer a complete convention experience for attendees, partnering with nearby hotels and restaurants to provide a range of services and amenities. The building will also host a variety of events beyond conventions, such as trade shows, concerts, and cultural events, to attract a wider audience and generate more revenue.

This dynamic interior design project was taken as a freelance design project. From ideation to execution, I crafted this space, ensuring a seamless journey from client approval to design realization.

Collaborating closely with clients, I planned, ideated, and managed the project, curating a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality.

The project highlights meticulous material selection, innovative spatial planning, and personalized design solutions tailored to the client's lifestyle.

04 MASS HOUSING Petal Arc Living Type: Commercial Building Site: Hdil, Virar East Date: November 2023 Site Are: 12,289 Sq.m 1. Petal-Shaped Buildings: Each of the three residential buildings is uniquely shaped like a flower petal. These petals are carefully designed to provide a sense of balance and natural aesthetics.

The curved facades not only enhance the visual appeal but also optimize natural ventilation and sunlight exposure for the residents.

2. Three Petals, Six Flats Per Floor: Each petal building will consist of six floors, with two apartments located on each floor within each petal. This arrangement ensures that each flat has abundant natural light and ventilation, promoting a healthier and more comfortable living experience for the residents.

3. Central Open-to-Sky Atrium: The central part of the podium serves as an open-to-sky atrium, which acts as the grand entrance and communal space for the residents. This lush green space is designed to be a recreational area, with gardens, seating, and artistic installations.

It provides a welcoming and visually appealing focal point for the entire development.

4.Landscaped Gardens: The exterior spaces surrounding the petal buildings are designed with beautifully landscaped gardens, walking paths, and seating areas. These outdoor spaces offer a serene environment for relaxation and leisure, enhancing the overall quality of life for the residents.

Inspired by the beauty and symmetry of nature, the mass housing project in is envisioned as three interconnected buildings, each resembling a flower petal.

CONCEPT:The concept is derived from yin yang In Chinese philosophy, the concept of yin and yang is used to describe how seemingly opposite or contrary forces are interconnected and interdependent in the natural world; and, how they give rise to each other as they interrelate to one another. Stepped seating is placed around the tree with Pergolas designed as emerging form the tree to create a effect of light and shade above the circular seating
