-Understanding the fundamental technology behind façade designs and construction and the impact of the various components in facilitating the construction of sustainable, energy efficient, aesthetic and modern buildings.
Inspired by the gentle, rolling hills of Palestinian landscapes, the Urban Steps project features a smooth, curved design that seamlessly integrates with the natural surroundings. This organic form flows through Manger Square, creating inviting pathways and public spaces that encourage exploration and community gathering. The structure’s soft, terraced layers pay homage to Palestine’s landscape, providing both aesthetic beauty and practical seating, making it a serene public attraction and a tribute to local topography.
Step 1
Defining the cuts that will make the mass.
Step 2
Creating the two main volume of the project.
Step 3
Rebuilding the volumes to create the urban steps.
Step 4
Two stepped volumes that make the public space.
An organic stone facade, quarried from Bethlehem, that embodies the flow and unity of Palestinian culture, casting dynamic shadows and blending with the stepped roof, echoing the terraced landscapes of Palestine. This design brings the region’s natural heritage into the city, inviting visitors to explore and connect with its layers.

Nestled around the breathtaking natural landmark of Gulserin Lake, the project envisions a revitalized lakeside haven. Beyond picturesque aesthetics, it ventures into the heart of Tekant, skillfully navigating through neighborhoods to address grid layout complications. The result is not just a physical transformation but a harmonious blend of nature and urban life.At its core, this project seeks to gift the city a renewed landscape, a sanctuary that beckons community engagement and fosters a sense of belonging.
1- The lakeside as a part of the city responding to its context.
2- The revitalized lakeside and lost urban gaps as a new addition to the urban fabric.
3- The lakeside as a green vessel to the city.

The project is based in Northern Cyprus at the campus of EMU University. The building aims at creating a new creative inclusive space for the studends of architecture. Concentrating on utilizing circulation as a teaching and inspiring tool is the main starting point of the project, thus the project takes inspiration by the site’s proximity to our university green backbone right to the west of our department in addition to the slenderness of the site.

A new municipal and cultural spaces, designed to be located in the city of famagusta to serve as new public attraction.
The main inspiration for the city hall is the organic urban fabric of the city of famagusta, it is at the same time inspired by the richdiversity in the cityi, which resulted in creating land masses that differ from each other yet work as one coherent entity.
The building is aimed to be a daily destination for the people, so in this manner the concpet of designing a city park is proposed to have a nice urban space, in addition to carrying this city park within the building to create different green terraces on different levels.

The aim of this project is to create a social environment that responds to its context and to create different courtyards and gathering areas in order to reflect users’ way of life in a way that will provide a better lifestyle for them and enhance their skills, based on this, the main idea of the project was to keep the axis of the park and the bazar connected in order to maximize the ability of increasing the social activity in the site, this was achieved by adding a glass mass to function as a focal point in the site, this mass will include functions of selling areas for the residents.
