ILONDON AI CONFERENCE FOR INFORMA TECH

PAST WORK EVENT Cloudera's 2022 Evolve Conference

Designed ultra modern black-and-white gifts for 250 V.I.P.'s that included a nod to the conference location - London - in the form of items like Earl Grey tea. Handled logistics of shipping all boxes to the U.K.

BRIEF The client wanted gifts for the 300+ attendees (mostly senior executives in the tech space) that tied back to both the event's theme ("Data Anywhere, Innovation Everywhere"), and the keynote speaker - the inventor of Wordle.

SOLUTION We designed custom branded chocolate truffles from Compartés that looked like a Wordle board, including a custom sleeve with the first half of the event's tagline.

Areaware's robot desk toy, The Cubebot, was used to represent innovation, and was wrapped with a custom sticker that displayed the second half of the tagline.

We tied it all together with an insert card and mailer box, which was sized for easy carrying and travel as most attendees were coming from out of town.

WOMEN CREATORS KICKOFF EVENT FOR YOUTUBE Created colorful and inspiring gifts to welcome the program's top female creators. Included items like a branded YouTube mug and aromatherapy pot in custom "Inspire & Create" scent. We designed the custom mailer box.

INTERNAL MARKETING SUMMIT FOR GOOGLE Custom gifts reflected the event's theme, "Go For The Gold" with gold Ui mugs and candy in shimmering gold wrap. Included sock options for men and women. They wanted to add a cozy element for this remote event, so we included sock options for both men & women.

WOMEN WRITE NOW SCREENING FOR HARTBEAT PRODUCTIONS We designed custom gifts for a screening celebrating women screenwriters as part of Kevin Hart's production company. These included 1/2 bottles of champagne and custom branded shortbread cookies, coasters and stemless wine glasses.
