hello! this is me_ I strongly believe in creating beautiful, emotion-driven content that functions for my client’s goals and resonates with their audiences.

Malacoda is an Italian brand created in 2017 for young people who didn’t find brands to identify themselves with and wanted to wear something different.

And from Italy that is inspired, it is the Italian history that wants to take, destroy, chew and spit out in a new way, quoting and revisiting the classics that have been part of Italy in the last decades.

I collaborated with Malacoda creating the direction of the brand who wanted to reflect the old feel of streetwear, trying to compromise mechanisms from within, without ever going to play in the high fashion league.

A reality that draws inspiration from the surrounding culture, high and low, and therefore wants to forage that culture: a brand, a sponsor, a promoter, a cultural aggregator. Emerge and bring out what surrounds it.

VISUAL IDENTITY

Karmy is a new platform simplifying and revolutionizing the way Americans approach philanthropy. Their mission is to enhance the overall philanthropic experience for donors in order to amplify impact, connect givers, and inspire social responsibility in the difficult nowadays.

I created the Visual Identity and communications after some studies looking for the perfect target audience. Karmy was targeted for middle-upper class American-millenials who want to donate money to different charities without having a membership with all of them and only having a unique membership with Karmy, who will be sharing responsibly sharing their donations.

REBRANDIG AND PACKAGING

FreshGrip mission was to make things different, interesting and bold. Breaking down etiquettes and being unique in a serious enviroment. They wanted to collaborate with me to take a bold approach with their old design and translate it to a new brand without losing their values. I helped them to choose the right materials to create quality products, new packaging with 100% recyclable materials and new glove models made for women, translating it on a hard message of inclusivity in the exlusive-brittish masculine world of golf.

I created the full brand and helped with the interior design of this Yoga studio located in Malta, the concept was to create an ultimate destination for Yoga, Pilates & Movement practises. We builded a magic space of respect for body and unconditional love to the clients, to create introspection and transformational on their journeys. A space full of peace where everyone can feel belong.

STUART HOTEL

Stu Art is the brand for an art boutique hotel which is a work in progress in the island of Malta. The tone of voice is skater inspired given its close proximity to the 90’s kids, having the target audience in mind, this hotel was designed for well-travelled digital nomads.

At the moment the hotel is on process of refurbishment and will open on June 2023.

VISUAL IDENTITY

A new project which is being done collectively with DAAA Haus who were the responsible for the external architecture. This is a distinguished hotel in Msida primarily aimed at the international doctors and medical staff, students, young professionals and business travellers who would need long term accommodation within the vicinity of the country’s general hospital and the University of Malta.

I created the branding and all the collaterals for the daily basis of this incredible project, including key cards, amenities, notebooks, businness cards and uniforms for all the staff.

MY INSPIRATION FOR THIS 2023

GLOWING COLOUR PALETTES

From acid greens to neon pinks, glowing colours will be everywhere on marketing materials, social media and TikTok – bringing a perfectly progressive neon, Gen-Z fluorescent aesthetic to all industries.

MAXIMALISM

Excessive graphic elements, high saturation collages and no empty spaces will be on-trend this 2023. Think opposing patterns or crazy pop art styles will catch the audiences off guard.

3D BUBBLE FONTS & TYPOGRAPHY

The latest 3D bubble font graphic design trends are inspired by the 1980’s graffiti movement and Jeff Koons’s “Rabbit” stainless steel sculpture. The 3D pixel art mixed together with 2D graphics will appear in all our screens and advertisment this year.

This top graphic design trend is all about exaggerated bubble fonts that look like metal, neon, candy, chrome, ice cream or soupy. Throw in a bold colour palette to make these inflated 3D letters pop.
