Kenneth Brincat is the CEO of the Malta Digital Innovation Authority. With twenty years of experience in management and digital transformation, Kenneth is spearheading MDIA 2.0: A driving force in Malta’ s digital landscape. He is catalysing the national agenda for responsible and human-centric development of artificial intelligence (AI) and the enabling of cybersecurity across industry.
Under Kenneth’s leadership the Authority adopted a collaborative approach enabling policymakers, industry experts, and academia to synergize to ensure the optimal and safe uptake of emerging technologies.

Gary Carrera is a seasoned security and privacy expert with nearly 20 years of experience in the tech industry. He has held leadership roles at Meta, Apple, and Xerox, and currently leads Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Meta. His expertise spans information security, privacy, compliance, and regulatory strategy on a global scale. Gary holds multiple top certifications including CISM, CISA, and CCSP, and is known for his commitment to advancing data protection.
He regularly shares insights through talks and articles, encouraging collaboration and innovation in security and privacy.

Digital Trust in the AI Era: Challenges and Opportunities for Business Leaders
Onur Korucu is a global leader in cybersecurity, data protection, and AI governance. She is Non-Executive Director at DataRep, Managing Partner at GovernID, and serves on the IAPP Advisory Board. Honored as one of Ireland’s Top 100 in Tech, she has held senior roles at Microsoft, KPMG, and PwC. With degrees in tech engineering, law, and business analytics, Onur advises on ethical innovation and emerging tech risks.
She is also a Women in Tech Ambassador and published author. She lectures on cybersecurity and data protection in Europe and the U.S.

Uroš Zust is IT Assurance & Advisory Partner at Forvis Mazars, serving Slovenia and the Balkans. With over 20 years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, risk management, and governance, he has worked across Europe and the U.S. He contributed to the EU Cybersecurity Risk Oversight Manual and serves as Vice President of ISACA Slovenia. Uroš holds CISA, CISM, CISSP, and PMP certifications and is an accredited ISACA trainer.
He frequently speaks at international conferences on information and cyber security.

Oren Hadar is the Founder of CST-360 and President of ISACA Israel Chapter, with over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity. He played a key role in developing the IDF's cyber defense doctrine and standardizing national cybersecurity processes. Oren has worked with the National Cyber Directorate, Bank of Israel, and various private sector companies. He founded a successful cybersecurity consulting firm, later acquired by a Big4.
Oren holds certifications like CISA, CISM, and CDPSE and is a trainer for CCSK and CCAK.
