Airlines is one of the tourism companies which provides various services; from airplane tickets booking to travel guide assistance. The most popular service is travel destination packages. The target audience are 18-to-30-yearold Males and Females.
Business Objective
The most popular product in Airlines is a trip destination package, which leads us to believe that their primary goal is to increase conversions and sales of that product.
As a result, use Google Display Network (Google Display Ads) to locate audiences that are ready to buy such a package and have a purchase intent for travel-related items.

HMTI ITS Surabaya is a Student Organization in the Department of Industrial Engineering ITS Surabaya, founded in 1989. HMTI ITS is professional and based on Pancasila and the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, also based on kinship and togetherness.
My Scope
As an Industrial and Systems Engineering ITS student, I have contributed to organizations and events organized by Industrial and Systems Engineering ITS. I have a big role in HMTI in branding and sharing information through HMTI social media in this organization.
My significant role in HMTI is as the head of the media and information department 2020/2021, tasked in branding and sharing information about ITS HMTI. I succeeded in creating a new system in controlling, implementing a new major work program for HMTI ITS students, achieving the department with the highest KPI, and becoming the best media and information department at BEM FTIRS.

An Industrial and systems engineering ITS international team will facilitate industrial and system engineering students or the members themselves who want to enter a competition, especially about innovation and business both in national and international competition. Bramunastya has won many international achievements such as the World Invention Competition Exhibition (WICE) Gold medal & WIIPA special awards, World National Science Fair (YNSF) 2020 Gold medal & IYSA special awards, Seoul International Invention Fair (SIIF) 2019 Gold medal & three special awards, etc.

As the team that initiated the founding of Bramunastya, I was responsible for gaining awareness through social media. I created content and designs for Bramunastya posters, book covers, headers and footers, SOPs, and Instagram feeds for national and international competitions.

Scope :
As an intern in the HR department, I'm responsible for managing company data and all employees from various PLN units in East Java, benchmarking and evaluating the existing performance management system, defining BUMN AKHLAK's examples of 8 core values and 18 behavioral guidelines, and creating an evaluation matrix for the work audit process of all existing projects.

is a training for developing the potential of industrial engineering students held by the leading cadres of HMTI ITS which aims to prepare the next cadres of management organizations.
What have I learned in P3MTI BANGKIT?
I was chosen as one of the P3MTI BANGKIT 2019/2020 participants to prepare for the next management as an HMTI cadre. In this training, I learned about performance and strategic management which consists of classification of organizational problems, analysis of organizational conditions, current state analysis, organizational development plans, organizational performance measurement, organizational development directions, and their implementation to HMTI. Participants also collaborated on a case study based on Domino's Pizza and HMTI ITS's corporate organizational development plan and strategic management model for Nestle.
