Scope of works Use of a self-propelled or trailer mobile elevating work platform (scissor, vertical mast or articulated boom / cherry picker) to provide a temporary working platform at height, including familiarisation, ground assessment, operation and emergency recovery. Covers entrapment, overturning, segregation from traffic and the rescue of a stranded or incapacitated operator. Does not cover using the MEWP to lift materials as a crane.
