These plans were sent to the metalworking workshop, detailing the quantity and types of pieces to be used in the manufacturing process of these sinks. The project was for an cars agency currently under construction.

In the following pages of the portfolio, I will showcase the Casa Verselli project, which consists of a complete executive project. I will present the most important plans and details that encompass this project.
Regarding the plans displayed on these pages, my involvement was to incorporate basic modifications to this residence, such as moving a wall, expanding the kitchen, and altering the bathroom locations. Each of these changes represents modifications to the executive project, which I had to intervene in. These tasks were carried out for a real estate development company, and currently, the housing development is nearing the end of its construction phase.
For this project, the software used was exclusively AutoCAD, volumetrics and renders were created in SketchUp and Enscape. It’s worth mentioning that this project was done in collaboration with engineers who provided details for structural aspects, from the foundation to the roof slab. All the drawings were entirely done by me.

Plumbing Design for the Industrial Sector
This project involved designing the hydrosanitary project for an industrial warehouse, which housed a car dealership. In the image I present the sanitary project, which included different bathroom cores. My role was to design all the plumbing, which was reviewed by an engineer. Like the previously presented project, it was designed in AutoCAD. The project is currently under construction.

Car Wash Tunnel
The following project was carried out for a car agency, which involved creating a structure based on metal profiles to support walls and roofs with prefabricated material. The entire project was modeled in Revit, including the executive project and documentation for its construction. The calculations, profiles, and other structural elements were provided by an engineer. The project is currently under construction.
