he Julian Music Festival returns to Menghini Winery on Sept. 21, continuing a long-standing tradition of celebrating the end of summer with great music. Musicians will perform bluegrass, Western, ballads and classic folk in the beautiful outdoor setting. Pre-show activities start at noon, with non-stop music from 1 p.m. on into the evening.
