Yes. It is that one small country up the African north; Small yet has enough history and diverse natural beauty that some bigger lands do not have, bursting with diverse cultures and incredible extremes of landscape that can be explored within just a few days. It is decorated with beautiful sandy coasts, astounding deep-green forests, and softly-rolling plains scattered with olive and citrus trees

The Tunisia I adore MÊlèk Dhaouadi LC Bizerte Beyond the articles you can read about Tunisia anywhere, beyond numbers; of population and measures of lands, more than mere words, lies the beauty of the Tunisia I adore. It traces its path in the old streets of the Medina, the little art shops dotting on the sides, the proud mixture of Blue and White in Sidi Bou Said. It stands below the arrogant walls of Kasbahs in every city, where the breeze echoes a long history of simplicity. And as it enters through the wide doors, leaving behind it acres of green lands, peaceful olive trees against crushing waves of crystal water over sandy beaches, it picks a chair and orders some hot green tea to sip, calmly. Later, comes a little boy with a big smile and bigger dreams, holding his fresh jasmines towards it. And from there, it takes the best of rides on the mysterious dunes of Sahara, to the south. It is felt in the morning greeting from a man to his neighbor, in the vast dishes of couscous shared in for better or worse. It hides in shyness, under the pure whiteness of the Sefseri, in the small gestures of hands, games of kids in the streets, in the way, as one steps on its ground, it embraces them to be a part of it, eternally. So do not look for pictures, but do come and carve your own memories.
