Current Project Overview

Project Scope:

• Extensive Renovation of the Community Center, Pioneers Building, Site Drainage, and Accessibility Improvements

• O’Kelly/White Community Center and Pioneers Building will be renovated, as presented and approved on October 1, 2024.

Project Available Budget: $14,650,000

Feasibility Study Summary

Revision to Project Scope:

• Addition of a Splash Pad

• Addition of Pump House/Restroom Stand-Alone Building

• Reconfiguration of Pedestrian and Vehicular Circulation

• Reconfiguration of Parking Areas

Recommendations:

 Authorize the Proposed Scope Changes for Method Community Park Improvements (funding from future capital appropriations)

 Authorize:

o The City Manager to Execute a Contract Amendment with Clark Nexsen, Inc. not to exceed $390,436 o Budget Amendment for $400,000
