BUS STATION:
Integrated bus terminal or transmit bus station, is the point where Bus starts abd ends at destinated time and also where passengers board and alight from vehicles. It is designated to efficiently manage bus operations and enhance the overall experience of commuters using the public transport.
AIM: To attain a high standard design and improve the utilization of public transportation facilities.
IDEA: Creating a design to avoid unnecessary chaos for the passengers with proper circulation and attaining an optimized design for greater efficiency

I intiated the design process by implementing site zoning, delinating intercity and intracity bus areas, while integrating a shared central commerical complex
At the outset, I conceived the notion of organizing all buses on the ground level, ensuring a systematic arrangement of bus bays for effective segregation
Ultimately, I proposed elevating the buses to the first floor coupled with the incorporation of commerical complex, aiming to foster economic growth and establish a distinctive landmark for the city

CO-WORKING SPACE:
Building that houses multiple architectural firms collectively. The challenge is to design a co-working commerical space for freelancing Architects, designers Studios for established firms & a Learning Centre for art and architecture students at Chennai.
AIM: Design a facility wherein students, professionals from various related fields can work & learn which caters to the needs of the post-pandemic era.
IDEA: To create a centre to facilitate the needs of the design community wherein students, professionals from different art and architecture schools of Chennai get to work under one roof so that there is a constant exchange of ideas & thoughts with students learning different studios programs and practising architects and designers

MULTI-ART COMPLEX AND MUSEUM:
A multi-art complex is an organization, building or centre that promotes culture and arts. It acts as a functional space, Museum (art galleries, venues for musical performance, workshop areas, educational facilites, technical equipment, etc.)
AIM: To learn about the complex site planning, understanding the design of public spaces engaging multiple users and to develop an insight
IDEA: To focus that fosters artistic exchanges locally and internationally, by expressing the experiences of the art and culture through built spaces and architectural elements, which provides infrastructure for creative individuals with diverse, inspiring spaces and opportunities to learn, create and perform.

Site Zoning is strategically orchestrated to articulate the relationships between public, semi-public and private spaces, positioning them thoughtfully to enhance spatial connectivity
