The Preparing for Ofsted training session aims to provide excellent advice on the Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Management Team and Subject Coordinators and the best methods for Monitoring and Evaluating Quality Teaching and Learning. You will examine Key Messages relating to Ofsted expectations, the New Ofsted Framework and Ofsted Policy and Practice Using Every Child Matters, Personalised Learning and OFSTED criteria the training course also aims to share Ofsted aspects of ‘outstanding’ practice. The training course also covers classroom management, class observations and practical ways to monitor and assess quality teaching and learning and reach ‘outstanding’ grades and judgements. The training will also offer invaluable support and guidance on building an excellent bank of evidence to demonstrate Impact and Overall Effectiveness in Ofsted terms.
