THE WEIGHT LOSS PERIOD In this phase you lose your excess weight. By combining healthy food with shakes, we offer a quick and motivating start. After ten days you come to us for a first analysis, then every seven to fourteen days.

The first phase ends when you reach your desired weight. This can already occur after one week, and in any case will not take any longer than twelve weeks.

THE CASHING IN PERIOD In this phase you will gradually go back to eating normal, healthy food.

During the short weekly analysis, you learn which foods you need to be careful with. In nine weeks you develop a normal, healthy diet on which you don’t put on weight, but also don’t lose any more.

THE RULE OF TWO In this phase you learn to maintain your new weight. Each month you come to us for a weight analysis. We apply a margin of two kilos of fat mass, which we measure with a special weighing machine. If you remain within this margin, then you’re doing fine. If you go above it, we will quickly make adjustments. A short, slightly stricter period will bring you back to your desired weight. By allowing the new weight to fluctuate as little as possible for one year, your body physically adapts. This makes it easier to maintain this weight.

hen you start a diet, you want to get rid of your excess kilos of fat.

Let’s compare these fat reserves with a savings account. As long as money comes into your current account, you don’t dip into your savings. It’s only when there’s nothing coming into your current account any more that you return to what you set aside.

Our body works according to the same principle. As long as you have enough fuel coming in, your fat reserves will remain untouched. If we close the current account or the energy intake, then you do need to use your savings account or fat reserves.

This is why, during the weight loss phase, we banish carbohydrates from the menu completely for a while, in order to address your excess fat reserves. But before your body gets to those fat reserves that you so dearly want to get rid of, it will break down muscles in order to get energy from them. After all, muscles use energy, and your body wants to protect its fat reserves because in the past they were important in times of scarcity.

Your muscles are made up of protein. By dieting and doing sport without compensating your protein, you’re attacking the wrong enemy. After all, we need our muscles, because even when we’re doing nothing, they still consume energy.

So a diet that leads to muscle loss is never a good idea. In order to avoid

But in our opinion, educationally, a diet like that completely loses sight of the point. You don’t learn anything about healthy food. On the contrary, you develop the habit of eating quick fake food as a snack. In our opinion, losing weight with the help of unhealthy food is going about things the wrong way.
