It’s been an incredible summer for real estate at Deep Creek Lake and around Garrett County. Like much of the country, our housing market saw a surge of buyer demand, which took our already low inventory to its lowest point in more than a decade. While we did see new listings rebound slightly in July and August, total inventory remains extremely low. We have seen more and more multiple offer scenarios throughout recent weeks.
