Using the landscape and the surrounding structures to create the geometry of the building. The next identifying factor is the footpath and the exits that finalises the design concept.

After many simulatons testing out the glazing, wall construction and orientation. The final propsal aims to take the solar gain, heating and cooling loads into consideration. With exstensive research, the following parameters is are used:
• Internal gains and Infiltiration rate (both are fixed throughout)
• Concrete for external wall with increase of thickness
