RARE itself stands for Rustic which means a modern style that is suitable and flexible when combined with natural meterial. Adaptive which means able to adjust to the circumstances and the surrounding environment Responsive, able to respond to waste-related problems. And educative is with the support of education in order to stimulate the blind community will be educated about waste. There are worship facilities, foodcourt commercial, security Management Area from mess, meeting room, to the representative room of the Seribu Islands. Lab treatment waste type Then there are galleries made of recycled waste, educational parks, waterfront public spaces andgarbagedocks.
Using the concept of sorting and recycling is by collecting garbage from the garbage carrier fleet and then separating waste by size, separating by density, separating metal and iron waste, to scanning waste based on danger and compacted basedonmaterialdifferences.
