The Napo Wildlife Center in Yasuní Park is internationally known as one of the best lodges in the Amazon region of South America. Located on the pristine Añangucocha lagoon, the lodge has been recognized as the best lodge in the Ecuadorian Amazon by agencies such as Conde Nast Travel, Trip Advisor, and others.
Every passenger, worker, food and construction material enters this hotel rowing for 2 hours on the Añangu River. This tower design was made through workshops with the Añangu community and with their full assistance in the construction. The innovations in the combination of vernacular materials and modern recycled materials were made possible by the experience and invaluable knowledge of Ing. Patricio Cevallos.
The 30-meter-high tower has a five-star kitchen, an elevator to the 5th floor and a platform with a 360º panoramic view at a height of 27 meters. For more information about this building, you can refer to the report made by LATV at: goo.gl/6W8M9a
