The Supreme Action Force, Inc. (SAF) is a prominent, SEC-registered non-governmental organization dedicated to enhancing community safety and resilience. Our Quezon City Chapter, known as SAF-QC, is a proud extension of the SAF National Headquarters based in Calamba, Laguna.
Our National Headquarters
The Supreme Action Force was founded by Dr. Atanacio B. Galapom Jr., DHum, whose vision and leadership have been instrumental in shaping our organization’s mission and values. Located in Calamba, Laguna, the National Headquarters serves as the central hub for our operations, training, and strategic initiatives. It is here that our core programs and policies are developed to support our chapters nationwide.

SAF has grown to include thousands of members from various chapters in the National Capital Region (NCR), Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

3.Disaster Preparedness: Enhancing community readiness for natural and manmade disasters through workshops, simulation exercises, and resource provision.
