Raekwon's Shared Recipe Cookbook: A Food Memoir is dedicated to Alana Cruz. I met my friend at Fayetteville State University in 2016, and since then we have been great friends to each other.
She will probably kill me because of the picture I chose but we haven't took once since that year! Without Alana there would be no cookbook, no vision, nothing. I am so thankful and grateful to you for encouraging me to do this and for providing a vision. Also pushing me relentlessly.
She encouraged me to do this and stick to it to finish it because of my talent and food. She first tasted my food at a birthday party in University Place Apartments for a mutual friend. Since then, we've been there for each other!
