PRODUCT WARRANTY

Products are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase.

Product Warranty is not transferable. We reserve the right to repair or replace as appropriate. Parts replaced under this guarantee will be covered for the balance of the 12 month warranty period. The guarantee excludes consumable items such as tyres, armpads etc. and all items that have been subjected to undue wear or misuse. The correct storage and maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. Any claim under our guarantee will only be settled if tests confirm that the fault occurred directly as a result of a defect in materials or in manufacture.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

PASSING OF PROPERTY Title to goods supplied passes only upon receipt of full payment.

DELIVERY Any orders placed before 2pm usually leave same day for next working day delivery. Normal delivery times are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm. Please check that the amount of boxes being delivered are the same as the amount on the consignment note, any discrepancies please call 01384 481111 immediately. Free delivery on orders over £100 in value (ex VAT), except where any Special Offers or Monthly Promotions indicate otherwise. Special Offers or Monthly Promotions are exclusive and are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

VAT VAT will be charged at the current rate.

OPENING HOURS Monday - Friday 8:15am - 4:45pm

DISPOSAL Contact your local authority to dispose of your product when no longer required.
