The

This project marks a milestone as my first collaboration with a real client, an experience that culminated in my concept being shortlisted for presentation. Over a 3-month design development period, I was tasked with creating a bar concept that would provide an immersive experience and become an event in itself.

The client’s brief included requirements for a redesigned façade, an additional

staircase within the existing shaft, and a completely new first-floor layout. This concept gave rise to “The Humm” — an experience centered around the character Mr. Humm and his attachment to his cherished hummingbird, which has mysteriously vanished. Heartbroken, Mr. Humm becomes obsessed and, in his despair, sets out to create a mechanical steampunkinspired hummingbird as a way to heal his fractured heart. The design brings this story to life, blending steampunk elements with emotionally resonant storytelling to create a space that feels both intriguing and transformative.

Reformation

Fashion Store

I was tasked with designing a retail space that not only showcases products but also provides a memorable experience for customers. With the store located in New York, our tutors organized a field trip, allowing me to explore the vibrant city firsthand and draw inspiration from its energy.

The brand identity of Reformation—a premium, high-end label— guided the aesthetic effortlessly. However, crafting an engaging customer experience presented a unique challenge, one I eagerly

embraced as I believe, “Life is defined by the challenges we face.”

The concept’s unique selling point was a basement-level workshop where customers could observe the garment-making process, adding transparency to the brand’s sustainable ethos. Additionally, the design incorporated a “reformation station,” inviting customers to bring in old garments to be transformed and given a new life. This approach not only aligned with the brand’s values but also encouraged an interactive and environmentally conscious shopping experience

Lens 360

Exhibition Space

For my Final Major Project in my undergraduate studies, I was challenged to incorporate a personal hobby into a spatial design concept. My passion for landscape photography led me to explore the unique perspectives created by ultra-wide-angle lenses, which reveal the world in a distinct, immersive way.

The project site, located in a Grade II listed building, introduced additional considerations and required a careful approach due to the historic nature of the structure.

The design concept materialized into a multifunctional gallery that offers visitors expansive visual perspectives and dynamic experiences. A key feature of the space is a travelator, guiding visitors from the ground floor to the first floor, enhancing the sense of movement and broadening visual engagement within the space.

• The Ground floor of Lens 360 Gallery is the social space that includes a reception, gallery area, cafeteria, event/ lecture space.

• The First floor is all about the exhibition itself. Partitions with printed photographs welcome people.

• Second floor propose a closer view to the actual process of portrait photography and the afterward editing techniques.

Nature Arrival

Biodiversity Educational Centre

Located in Spike Island, Bristol, the proposed design aims to encourage active travel among locals and highlight the UK’s natural diversity, often overlooked in urban settings. This concept centers on two primary aspects: active travel and environmental awareness. The architectural solution is a Biodiversity Educational Centre situated at key nodes of a 1.6km bridge, linking the entire Spike Island area. Designed for cyclists and pedestrians, this bridge features three accessible nodes that serve as entry and exit points. Each node integrates community-based practices to foster connectivity and engagement among residents.

Station 1

Mental Health Balance Centre

The Mental Wellness Center is designed to nurture mental well-being by offering both professional care and a variety of activities aimed at fostering mindfulness and social connection. This two-story facility enhances mental clarity, encourages cognitive engagement, and stimulates positive social interactions. The concept addresses the central theme, “What We Think.”

The Ground Floor is dedicated to individual therapy, featuring private rooms in two interconnected structures: the Welcome Area, which includes a reception, accessible facilities, and a lift, and the Therapy Hub, a designated space for personal mental health sessions. Bookings are required and can be easily scheduled through an online platform or by phone.

The First Floor focuses on collective well-being and social interaction. This level is crafted to inspire inner peace and calm, even amid life’s challenges, through group activities such as laughter therapy, animal-assisted sessions, and art therapy—all designed to foster connection and alleviate stress. Daily meditation sessions are also available, exploring diverse techniques like crystal-focused concentration to support holistic mental health practices.

Active Travel

Wellness-Oriented Active Travel Pathway

Building on the concept of “Nature Arrival,” this project refines the initial idea of an active travel network by incorporating a stronger emphasis on well-being. The proposal transitions to street level, introducing three strategically placed buildings along the pathway to foster comfort, health, and happiness—key elements that encourage people to embrace a wellness-centered lifestyle. Each structure will serve as a hub for promoting a balanced, health-focused urban experience, enhancing community engagement and accessibility.

Community Kitchen + Garden

This space is designed to foster a deeper awareness of food choices and their impact on well-being, centered around the concept of “What We Eat.” The aim is to build resilience in visitors by encouraging healthy eating practices. Educational components highlight the benefits of choosing nutritious, “clean” foods, which can improve motivation, physical activity, and productivity.

A communal kitchen hosts demonstrations from culinary professionals who share recipes that support health goals like weight loss, improved digestion, and overall wellness. Additionally, two kitchen spaces are available for booking, providing friends and families the chance to experiment with recipes and enjoy a social, hands-on cooking experience.

Blending architecture and vegetation, the open, borderless design creates a nature-inspired ambiance within the city. Edible plants are thoughtfully integrated, offering fresh ingredients that visitors can incorporate into their meals. This connection to natural produce empowers visitors to control their health, reinforcing the idea of “holding wellness in your hands.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY CENTRE: Adults +

This center is designed to be accessible to all, with a special focus on supporting the well-being of older adults.

The Ground Floor houses a welcoming reception area and dedicated spaces for tai chi practice. The layout includes two distinct sectors: semi-outdoor activity rooms and a floating pool. Tai chi, an art that values fluid, natural movement, is ideally practiced in serene environments like gardens, beaches, or forests. To emulate this atmosphere, the center is located by the waterfront, with glazed roofs over the activity rooms that can open to allow in natural elements.

The floating pool aims to filter river water, offering a clean, refreshing space for sports and active recreation. For those seeking additional privacy or therapeutic exercises, the First Floor provides two smaller, indoor pools specifically designed for rehabilitation and swimming practice.

Accessible lifts connect the welcome hub on the ground floor to the indoor pools, where changing rooms are also located. A second lift then leads directly down to the floating pool, making it easy for all visitors to navigate between the various activity zones.

Transforming Spaces with Natuzzi’s Timeless Elegance

Redefining interiors into personalized sanctuaries through the sophistication and craftsmanship of Natuzzi furniture

For this project, I was tasked with designing three distinct room sets for Natuzzi Editions, addressing clients with varying preferences, space sizes, and lifestyles. Each design was thoughtfully curated to create a harmonious atmosphere, ensuring the spaces felt both relaxing and reflective of the clients’ unique styles of living.

• The first room set focused on minimalism and functionality in a spacelimited environment. A neutral color palette, paired with the TALENTO leather sofa featuring stylish wooden pads on each side, brought a

sense of elegance and practicality to this compact living room. The design emphasized simplicity while maintaining a refined and modern aesthetic.

• The second room set embraced boldness and contrast, transforming a spacious, modern living room with a view over a park into a statement space. The velvet navy PORTENTO sofa, Natuzzi’s bestseller, added a refreshing touch to the room. High-end finishes and luxurious elements brought sophistication, while cozy textures ensured a welcoming atmosphere that perfectly balanced grandeur with comfort.

• The final room set was designed as a man cave, inspired by woodsy vibes and masculine charm. Brick wall accents, a tan leather FORZA sofa, and a smoky wood coffee table created a warm and inviting ambiance. Black and white photographs provided timeless appeal, while a wine shelf was included to accommodate entertaining and personal enjoyment, making this space both functional and stylish.

By tailoring each room to the client’s needs and preferences, the designs successfully showcased Natuzzi Editions’ ability to create spaces that combine elegance, functionality, and individuality.

Compact Comfort: A Modern Oasis

Transforming limited space into a fresh and inviting retreat with designer touches and warm wooden accents

This bathroom design demonstrates the seamless blend of functionality and aesthetics in a compact space. The limited area posed a challenge to fit all essential elements while ensuring the design remained both modern and welcoming.

To achieve this, designer tiles were chosen to add a touch of freshness and optimism to the space, incorporating green and earthy tones to create a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. The addition of wooden accents, such as the countertop and shelving, softens the overall look, introducing warmth and a homey feel.

The layout maximizes space without compromising on usability, including a stylish walk-in shower, a wall-mounted vanity unit, and an integrated storage solution. Every detail was carefully curated to maintain balance and harmony, making the bathroom not just a functional space but an uplifting retreat.
