
1 Safe Operation Rules And Notes
Dear Customer,thank you to use our products. Before using this product, please carefully read this Manual and pay attention to these items as follows:
1. Before using machine, users should read this Manual carefully to know installation, operation and adjustment of machines to avoid machine damage or accident.
2. Before using machine, must check electric circuit to be firm and electric elements without fault. This machine must be grounded to make sure personal safety.
3. Before using machine, must check all spare parts. If there are some damages,please change to make sure machine normal working.
4. Saw blades or other spare parts must be suitable for this machine. No other spare parts that beyond the design of this machine.
5. Keep the workshop clean and orderly to avoid easily accident.
6. Wears should be overalls.
7. Flying objects may hurt worker’s body, operators must wear safety goggles and other labor protection appliance before using machine.
8. Before using machine,move out wrench and other tools to avoid any accident.
9. Before using machine , operators must well know feeding direction of machine and area of workpiece bounce.
10. When use machine,operators and attendant must not stand in the right of workpiece feeding port and discharge port to avoid workpiece discharge or bounce which may cause damage.
11. When use machine, no open front door to avoid injure.
13. Emptying, stocking and connect material, no put hand between workpiece and worktable (feeding shaft) to avoid hurting fingers.
14. Using or not ,must keep machines clean.
15. Before changing saw blade, maintaining and cleaning machine, must turn off main power and stop mail spindle to avoid hurting operators.
16.Accident may happen in workshop, when stop using machine or leave machine for any place, must turn off main power to make sure machine totally stopped.
17. No any experimental action or operation beyond machine’s design. If any question, just contact with us.
18. Operation must follow above rules, or any accident, no responsibilities of our company.
2 Machine Brief And Instruction Manual
2.1 Machine Brief
This machine mainly uses for cutting the edge of natural wide board, provided with guiding board, accurate working in line, fast emptying and feeding, high yield etc.

2.3 Machine’s main structure and diagram
2.3.1 Main Structure
This machine consists of body, saw cutting part and electric part etc.
Body consists of base, front and back support shaft etc.
Saw cutting part consists of support, main spindle, spindle motor, belt wheel, V belt, feeding roller, feeding motor, chain, chain-wheel, chain, up pressure roller, infrared rays etc.
Electric part consists of controlling plate, electric button, motor, electric elements etc.

2.4 Machine Installation\ Use\Adjustment
2.4.1 Machine Installation
One .Machine Installation Machine should set on the flatting ground. It can be more stable, reduce machine’s shaking and noise and more safety.
Two .Power Electric Wire Access
Before connecting, must check items as follows:
1. Power voltage must be same with motor voltage.
2. Check size of Middle line and power line according to machine’s total carrying capacity.
3. Machine must be grounded.
The connect power line with machine’s total power. There try to start machine to test spindle rotating direction.Any fault, adjust the spindle.
2.4.2 Saw Blade Installation And Usage
When change saw blades, first open the cover and loose the adapter sleeve ,then remove the bear station and the spindle nut, take out every saw blade and spacer(must keep them well); Clean the dirty in the spindle and lubricate with oil and install the new saw blade and spacer(must clean the new one). Install them in the right direction, and tight the spindle nut, final install the bear station and tight them. After rechecking, test machine to find no problem and machine can work now.
Note: Before change saw blade, must turn off power for safety.
2.4.3 Machine Adjustment
One. Datum Adjustment of Saw Cutting
When sawing wood, Wood without datum or the natural wide timber base on the Infrared Ray System. Before using Infrared ray, adjust the Infrared ray. When adjusting, move it to match the position of saw kerf used (Generally base on the innermost saw blade and parallel to the saw blade), then fix the Infrared ray.(see diagram 2.3-4)
Two Height &Pressure Adjustment of Up Roller
Before sawing, do appropriate adjustment of up roller height and pressure. When adjust the height of up roller, just need to lift the hand wheel to the right position(Normally, height of up roller should be lower than processing wood at 10mm. It means that height of up roller press wood should be higher 10mm than up roller without press the timber). When adjust the pressure of up roller,only need to adjust nut to change into appropriate pressure(Normally thicker wood,higher pressure)。
2.4.4 Machine Operation
Before operation, please know well about the function of every button, and try to know machine’s action for each button. When operate machine, keep machine working 10 minutes without sawing. If it works well, start to saw wood.
When cutting wood, put wood on the working table based on the Infrared ray, then push wood into the feeding roller(inside machine), it will be automatically sent.
When urgent case or wood stuck, press Stop button to solve the problems. When back wood, please up rotation of anti-kickback finge.
Note: When use machine, operators and attendant must not stand in the right of work piece feeding port and discharge port to avoid work piece discharge or bounce which may cause damage; Emptying, stocking and connect material, no put hand between work piece and worktable (feeding shaft) to avoid hurting fingers;
Turn off power when no use machine or leave.
2.5 Machine Lubrication and maintenance
Regularly lubricate and maintenance the machine for using promotion and longer life. So users must lubricate and maintenance machine by advices as follows.
One. Machine Clean
Every Day finish working, users should clean the whole machine. Users must clean sawdust and alburnum of machine’s front part. Carry out the sawdust while using machine.
Two. Main Spare Parts Lubrication And Maintenance
1. Motor and Reducing Gear Maintenance
Motor bearing should add machine oil one time one year. If bearing play is too big, change bearing. Maintenance of Reducing Gear please refer to the Reducing Gear Manual.
2. Main Spindle Maintenance
Main spindle is the most important part of machine and need careful maintenance. Before delivery machine, main spindle has been added the lithium grease. Add lithium grease one time per 6 months. In the beginning, main spindle is in the time of running-in,temperature will be a little high(normally it won’t more than 40C’ , the highest tem. not more than 70C’) , temperature will drop and machine will come to the normal using period. With increasing using time, spindle bearing wear more than a certain degree, and make the main shaft bearing clearance too large, cause the spindle vibration, abnormal temperature rise, at this time should replace main shaft bearing in time, to ensure machine performance. The spindle bearings should be replaced by experienced professionals.
3. Driven Part Maintenance
Drive chain in back of main spindle must be guaranteed with enough oil grease to make sure enough lubrication and reduce abrasion between chain wheel and chain and keep their life longer.
The front feeding part with automatic cleaning saw dust. When maintenance, please clean waste sawdust and regularly check the automatic system to make sure this system works well and not squeeze the chain. Feeding bearing must be regularly added machine oil for lubrication
4. Electric Part Maintenance
Regularly blow off the dust in machine electric box. When blow off, please use motor driven blower. When use air compressor, no use the compressor with water. Or it will make the electric element short cut.
Note: Before Maintenance, turn off power.
