1. The feature and description of the polishing machine

The use of the polishing machine can solve the problem of difficult sanding ofthe concave and convex surface, and also cansmooththe plain plate workpiece and the paint workpiece, and make the unevenness more round. But the machine is not perfect, and its function is slightlydifferent for different workpieces. Its main purpose is to reduce the sanding area and improve the sanding efficiency . Matters needtobe mentioned whenusingthe machine :

1. The machine is not a powerful sander and cannot sand all objects that are higher thanthepanel. Itjust makes the bumpystructure more rounded.

The gauze strips and sisal in the special-shaped sander will fluctuate according to the unevenness of the surface of the actual workpiece. When the hardness of the protrusions on the surface of the workpiece is less than the hardness ofthe gauze strips and sisal, the protrusions willbe sanded out, otherwise Smooth.

2. The polishing machine is verysensitive to the placeoftherhombus. The bigger of the sanding pressure, the rounded will be more obvious . According to the normal sanding pressure and the hardness of the workpiece, the angleat whichtheplainplate workpiece is pouredout is basically around R0.5. The pouring angle of the paint workpiece is basicallyaroundtheR1range.

3. The machine is moresensitiveto the rhomboidpartthat is higherthan

the panel, especiallythepaintsanding. The paint itselfhas less adhesion to the rhomboid position. When sanding, the sanding force is heavy becauseofthe rhomboid position Easyto leak bottom.

4. The polishing machine will not have any sanding effect for the dead angleposition. Thedepth is more than15mm, the angle is 60 °-90 °, and the clearance is less than 30mm ,thats not in the sanding range.

5. Thepolishingmachinepays attentionto man-machine cooperation. People who cando the machine do not need to do it. People who can't do the machine need to check and make up. Complementarity can greatly improve production efficiency.

6. The above problems still not solved in the world. It is difficult for a machine to be perfect. It can only solve and replace a large part of the labor, soastoreduce laborintensityand improveproductionefficiency.
