Use these Dark Chocolate Callets in your recipes and you won’t ever be disappointed, we recently used them to make some scrummy Chocolate Pots. Simple to make, easy to serve out fast, and Totally Delicious! Gently heat 250g Whipping Cream, add 220g chocolate and stir until melted. Add 4 Egg Yolks and beat until united with the mixture. Add 20g of coffee liqueur and stir. Pour into a ramekin or glass and chill in the fridge. Serve them with our Amaretti Macaroons or (trust us!) with a couple of wafers from the toasts for cheese selection, also featured in the leaflet.
