1 Niobrara Center The Niobrara State Park Visitor Center was designed to provide a view of the river while getting visitors interested in further exploring the park. The design opens views for attendees and office workers while also providing the needed space for the business side of the park to grow. The building uses sandstone that can be found around Nebraska and highlights the natural aspects of the park with native plantings and a museum.

2 Drone Pavilion This pavilion is designed for the Niobrara State Park to attract more visitors during the slower seasons. This is done by adding a new activity to the State Park as things like drones have become more popular. This pavilion also works as a multi-use space for education, stargazing, and water collection that is then used in a rain garden.

3 Wayne Housing Wayne is a small college town where residents are looking for more varied housing. This is part of a master plan that would revitalize a trailer park that is right off Main Street. This four-story apartment and retail building could house both single families and college students with a mix of studio to threebedroom apartments. This would be part of five apartment buildings that would extend the Main Street, adding more commerce.

4 Outdoor Retreat This project acts as a small outdoor cooking and prep space that includes seating. This space is designed to be easily added to any neighborhood, state, or national park. This is designed includes overhead shading with a double lattice structure that still allows light that is penetrated by a smokestack for a fire grill. In addition, a seating pit allows for 6 to 8 people to comfortably sit.
