Spring Street Reserve Playground, NSW

The reserve is nestled within close proximity to local residences and currently features a fenced playground, shade sails, park benches and a climbing unit with slide surrounded by mulch soft fall.
The final concept plan features many play elements for younger children, responding to the needs of the local community, while also providing some fun and relaxing activity spaces for older children and adults . We will also improve landscaping and furniture.
The design includes:
•A new welcoming entrance with larger gate and fencing to provide inclusive access, and improved visibility and safety
•Additional seating including two benches inside the reserve and an accessible picnic table – suitable for wheelchair users and easier access for prams and strollers
•Adventure play trail with natural timber balance blocks between timber decks for older children
•A herb and sensory garden for local community use with adjoining tap

Eynak Lagoon is located in the west of Rasht, and its water resource is 30 hectares. The missions of this impactful and functional project is to transform an abandoned and isolated area into an inclusive, vibrant, and eco-conscious open space for residents and tourists. By bridging past culture with the future, innovatively explored ecological and cultural Iranian elements to harmonize hardscape and softscape elements through a unified geometric structure design. This design incorporated native and diverse plant selections and shade relief elements, resulting in preserving natural habitats, preserving the existing diverse flora and fauna and providing solutions to regenerate the design area through job creation, resident and tourists visits and encouraging private investments.

Multi-functional Parks is more than just a patch of greenery; it ’s a thriving public space designed to foster community engagement and well -being. Several features make it an inviting and interactive destination for residents and visitors near a wonderful lagoon.
Playground: A state-of-the-art children’s playground ensures that the park is family-friendly, inviting parents and children to enjoy quality time in a natural setting.
Amphitheater: A central amphitheater provides a space for outdoor performances, cultural events, and community gatherings. It ’s a perfect spot to enjoy a sunny day or attend a local concert with the lagoon’s view.
Fitness Equipment: The park is equipped with fitness stations and walking paths, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. This, combined with the surrounding greenery, offers a serene and inspiring workout environment.
In order to protect the lagoon’ ecosystem and align with the city detailed, as well as considering the residential context and the projects under construction near the lagoon, the functional zoning of the plan is divided into three categories: "Recreational Zone", "Sports and outdoor spaces and Educational Zone" and "Residence Zone" were allocated, which have been given attention in the design of parks and investment packages.
-Implementing recreational ideas to the project from developing project plans through to project completion
-Conducting public consultations and engaging with the local community to gather feedback and input for planning initiatives.

Goharoud River Parkland is an innovative project that serves as a vibrant community hub, fostering social interaction and a sense of belonging. The project was restoration of a degraded river that has transformed into a Recreational Riverside Park. It is a visionary space that aims to inspire generations to come, centered around the theme of water. The parkland is strategically designed to connect people to and around the Goharoud River and its picturesque foreshore, creating a seamless blend of natural beauty and urban living

In the bustling heart of Rasht, where Buildings reach for the sky and urban life pulsates with energy, The Historical Green Square offers a breath of fresh air and respite from the concrete jungle.
This historical square Left over From Safavid Era (1501-1736) and the idea of this project derived from the historical context which are based on the principles, ideas, and manifestations of the ruling field during the Safavid era, while responds to contemporary needs and values which, are presented with culture-led regeneration approach.

Due to the possibility of flooding in this area, it is recommended to plant vegetation such as Vetiver Grass for stabilizing waterways and drainage channels, preventing erosion and sedimentation in moisture-prone areas, and facilitating the dispersion of rainwater and runoff.

Design goals include enhancing river visibility in urban areas by preventing sight blockages and strategically placing activities. Public spaces are made attractive through art installations and interconnected pedestrian-cycling pathways with greenery. Pathways are separated and wide to ensure smooth traffic flow for pedestrians and cyclists.

The pedestrian walkway on the street is 10 meters wide. In the eastern part, it includes a concrete pavement for passage and two linear and point green paths occupied by plane trees and shrubs. In the western part, there is one linear and point green path.
At the beginning and end of the street, due to high population density and the presence of metro entrances, taxi stands, and Bus Stations, a
concrete pavement has been used.
